This tile store really is the best! I went to several other tile stores in the area and this one was by far my favorite. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. They were also much easier to deal with compared to the other tile shops. It took me awhile to choose my tile, but they were patient and helpful throughout the entire selection process. I’ll surely be back!

I needed some tile colorant and lots of it. The staff at Best Tile was very helpful and nice. As I reviewed the selection of tile and accessories, I went I had found them sooner when building my house!

Great selection of quality tile. Very helpful and knowledgable staff, especially the manager Becky. They are quite friendly from the moment you walk in the door. Small play area for young children, which is very uncommon at tile stores. Another great locally owned business.

I’ve only experienced he durham store on Garrett Road — and I am not crazy about the service — a little snooty. Prices are so-​so.
