We visited numerous times before purchasing, took a while to decide on a floor type and color, they were patient and helpful in making sure we chose the right floor. Caught a good sale by the time we purchased, and went with their referred installer Kcannagell flooring, happy and satisfied with each of our choices.

Not good. I am a remodeling contractor. I bought over $ 1200 worth of flooring. I had one complete box left over and wanted to return it. Yes, the ends of the box were opened for acclimation, but no pieces were removed. I taped the ends up. They told me if the boxes were open for any reason, they could not take them back… that’s fine… It was about $ 80 for the box. I will never buy another thing from that store.
I can go to Home Depot or Lowes and returns would not be an issue. Beware!

After emailing the chairman of Lumber Liquidators, the regional manager contacted me to offer a refund on the underlayment. I returned the 8 rolls and got a full refund. I appreciate that they did this for me, but I don’t think that they should have refused in the first place and caused me all the hassle.

This place was packed on the Saturday morning I arrived. There were three employees available for maybe 30 customers. Not a good ratio at all. The location did not have a lot of their products in stock – meaning they would need to order the flooring from the warehouse or a different location. If the flooring came from a different location, they charged you shipping costs! I felt like I was just a guy with money when I walked in.
When you are making a purchase that can be upwards of a couple of a thousands of dollars, you expect to be treated better.
If you are not knowledgeable in construct trades, DO NOT come into this store alone. It will be a nightmare.

My first set of stairs were in need of that special piece to connect the top step to the laminate flooring on the landing. Lowes and Home Depot did not have these in stock. I found the piece I thought I needed at Lumber Liquidators online but I needed to take in a sample of the laminate for a match. I walked in this store and showed the guy at the counter my printed picture and my sample and he went in the back and came out with the stairnose piece that was a perfect match. I thought he would have to take my sample and go compare it to all the samples on the wall of wood in the display area, but this guy just took a quick glance and knew the color I needed. What a pro! This whole transaction took less than ten minutes. This was my first time in one of these stores. The piece worked perfectly. Fast, friendly service at it’s best.

Despite the name, Lumber Liquidators isn’t so much a «liquidation outlet» as it is a retail store for various brands of hardwood floors. I bought my bamboo living room floor from them last year, and the service and quality were both par. Delivery took a bit of time and patience to get squared away, but all worked out fine in the end.
