If you like beer, this place was built for you. This place has a fantastic selection of beer!!! This store is super organized and very clean. They always have a few good beers on draft to wet your whistle and the space is very casual for browsing and for chilling. Brilliant putting this place in next to a phenomenal pizza(and more) place and a busy taco place. The picnic tables outside make this spot a super sweet place to hit when it’s nice outside and you’re craving some beer and pizza(which lets face it, who isn’t craving beer and pizza?!). They also have some wines and there is an imports section for beers. I stumbled upon this place by happy accident and have not been back to my former beer store since. I’m in love with some of the meads this place sells(although my wallet isn’t ^_^) and I have yet to be able to find them anywhere else local. The prices are very reasonable here for the average brew and not too bad even for some of the specialty ones ;) check it out and have some courage to branch out in your drinking habits!

Bottle Revolution has 3 bottle shops and this is the store on Lead Mine in North Raleigh. The first store is on Lake Boone by Guasaca and the second store is in Morrisville by the Daily Grind off of 54 and 540. Bottle Revolution 3 has a great selection of local NC beers and international beers. The beers are sorted by type and I like the labels with the prices that are attached with a push pin. There is a clean bar area with a tv screen and a beers on tap. The back room houses the international bottles and has a few more tables to sit and enjoy beverages. Bottle Rev also offers ciders and wine. There are wooden picnic benches outside and a pizzeria next door so you can have beer and pizza. All in all, it is a very organized and clean store in this North Raleigh shopping complex and they do offer a great variety for those wanting to pick up single bottles or craft six-packs.

Best beer shop in Raleigh. Hands down the most knowledgeable and laid back staff in the area. Never felt uncomfortable asking questions about the millions of selections!

Bottle Revolution 3 is quickly moving up my list as a favorite spot. Nestled in Greystone Village on Leadmine Road, it’s at a great location with plenty to nibble on nearby, or Papa’s Pizza next door will personally deliver to you inside! They have a nice selection of beer on tap, an extensive selection of bottles of beer all around the shop, wine by the glass or bottle, sake, and more. Stopping in to watch the game? There are a couple of TV’s on the wall in the main room. Care to play a game or have a meeting? There’s a side room. I’ve dropped in there to catch up with friends, play Uno with friends, have meetings with a local writers group, and even have meetings with a local nonprofit. One of the walls is empty, if you need to project anything. Also in that room is a popcorn machine. I’m a big fan of Bottle Rev 3. If you’re nearby, or even not, you should drop in. The selection is fantastic, the service is great, and it’s at a great location!

Fantastic bottle selection, and I love the fact that most bottle shops in the Raleigh area have beers on tap and a small bar where you can enjoy them. Massachusetts, pay attention here. Enough of this Puritan«alcohol is evil» bullshit. Let’s get with the program. Great staff as well. I was able to leave a beer I’d brought down for a friend in their cooler(they wrapped it up and put his name on it) and he retrieved it with no problems at all. Will definitely visit again when I come back to town.

Holy Smokes… when you find a 8% alcohol Root Beer you gotta figure these guys are serious about their beer. Nestled next to Gonzo’s and Pappa’s Pizza, Knowledgeable, friendly and laid back, BR3 is a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

I’m not surprised that so may women have highly rated BR3. It’s a nice bottle shop where everyone feels welcome. Good little bar area and tables in the back to sit at. That’s if you aren’t outside at the tables enjoying the weather. Good rotating drafts and cold cans. You can order food in from any of the places in the shopping center and enjoy with one of your favorite beverages. And of course you have to get a variety 6 pack to take home!

This is a great spot! My husband and I enjoyed a pre-dinner brew here recently and have been back many times since. There is ample seating at the bar, along with large group tables in the back room. We really enjoy the picnic tables outside, and ordering food from the delicious Papa’s Pizza & Subs next door. Perfect place for a family or friends.

Excellent selection of beer on tap and in stock at great prices. The cold selection is bigger than that of other local beer stores too. Plenty of seating and a good selection of wine too. Staff was definitely friendly, but I wouldn’t say I was able to connect with them as much as with others at local bottle shops which I personally like to do. The scene was also lively and not as yuppie as I had anticipated on a Thursday night, which ultimately made for a good time.
