Bulwark Exterminating

I recently bought a house and, upon move-​in, found that the house was crawling with HUGE carpenter ants. I noticed a Living Social deal for Bulwark and, after checking reviews on Unilocal and other sites, signed up. From the initial phone call to post-​treatment conversations, Bulwark has been VERY impressive. Perhaps most importantly… the ants aren’t here any more. And, though I hadn’t seen living roaches, I’m now finding the best kind of roaches… dead ones. I had tv/​internet installed today and, after leaving the crawlspace, the man commented on the number of dead insects he saw underneath. Another company knocked on the door the other day, but I cut him short because I was so impressed with Bulwark.

Had an ant problem that a big name pest company was never able to completely ‘terminate’. Orlando Council from Bulwark figured it out quickly. Courteous, as-​needed service always provided, finally found an exterminator worth sticking with.

I don’t have one bad thing to say. The lady who answered my call as I was frantic was professional and made me feel so much better. My appointment was scheduled right away. The technician called beforehand and arrived on time. He was thorough and answered all of my questions. I even received a follow up phone call a few days later. I was encouraged to call with any issues. Customer service goes such a long way with me and although the job was perfect I’d still recommend them if it wasn’t just because the entire team was professional and efficient!

Always on time, always do the job. And today, we accidetally left our dogs in the yard and our tech still did the job. Really appreciate that!
