Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Some employees are ok but the young lady at the cashier was very unbothered and had an attitude .I then asked to change my order and quickly came Mimi, shouting and very disrespectful. I was so appalled by her unprofessional communication and mannerism. she was obnoxious, loud and unfriendly. she threw my tray on the counter and was on to the next customer. I was very very disappointed at these two ladies… unnecessary. I hope they get tranfered else because thats my favorite burger king.

I went through the drive through for a simple order of a cheese burger and fries… simple right?!? Well as i told my order and moved around the building i noticed thag the line wasn’t reallh moving. I noticed that a few cars ahead of me were pulling out of line. So i waited another few minutes and slowly made my way to the window to pay(they only had one window open). After i paid i had to wait an additional 5 minutes for my food. My food was fresh out the grease kr microwave or whatever it is they use. It was worth the wait i guess, i just happened to be hungry and didn’t feel like pulling off like the rest of the cars
