Bleh. Went by today and knew I shouldn’t have. Old, cold, and weird. 1. Ordered whopper with bacon, no onion, no mayo add bbq sauce. Received an old burger, half a slice of bacon, brownish lettuce, and old tomato. You read that right, one half a slice of bacon. It was on old ready made burger and they just put some bbq and a piece of bacon and handed it off. 2. Chicken fries– Old and chewy. Two of the fries seemed like they may have been fresh 40minutes ago, but the rest were so chewy and cold they must have been there all day. 3. Fries– over salted and cold. 4. The drinks– a coke and a Sprite. They both had a weird flavor. Maybe the machine isn’t mixing properly or it needs to be cleaned. Will not go back.

The slowest people ever work here!!! Fast food workers want $ 15 an hour but yet they can’t get an order right or understand English here. Do yourself a favor and eat the bark off a tree before coming here. If you’re management or corporate reading this, please do not email, message, or try to contact me to give me some kind of apology. Hire people who need jobs instead of these lazy people here. Maybe the reason they are slow is because they are slaughtering their own cows and chicken.

To paraphrase the infinite monkey theorem, if you give the workers in this restaurant infinite time, they may eventually get your order right. Ordered 2 whoppers(1 without onions) with a buy one get one free coupon on the drive through. When we got home we discovered 2 fish sandwiches, probably for the car ahead that was parked waiting. But here’s the real irony. The receipt said 2 slices of cheese, no pickles. These ones had 1 one slice of cheese AND pickles. Second time in the last 2 visits they screw my order. Will be the last.

Wish I had checked Unilocal first. I never would have stopped. Slowest service I have ever seen at a Burger King. To boot, they messed our order as well.

Really great chocolate milkshakes! I don’t know what it is about the machine here, but they always taste great. I’ve had them from the location on Creedmoor before, and they were not good at all. Staff is nice the random times I come.

Worst experience of my life. Not once, not twice, but 4 times!!! Person taking the orders said they needed 5min to reboot their systems… I said no prob… She then Said please wait in the parking lot so I don’t ring up her meter??? This franchise needs to be taken away from this useless owner!!! I don’t blame the workers, I blame the owners! Burger King, sell this location to someone that actually cares!!! I miss your food as I keep on having to drive down the street to your completition!

I’m gonna cut to the chase. As soon as I opened the door, it reeked of sweaty feet. When I ordered they got it wrong. I told them the mistake and they gave me attitude. After that I went to get my soda, the machine was leaking all sorts of fluids. And that definitely drove me away. As I sat down at the table I found a long black hair in my fries. Then I left in disgust, leaving the food on the table

This newly renovated Burger King is awful. I have gone a few times now trying to be optimistic and it just sucks every single time. This past weekend, the ketchup was runny, they told me they had the tea urns behind the counter«until lunch,» they had zero creamer out for coffee, and they gave me the wrong oatmeal, despite the right one being on the receipt. I don’t know who the manager is of this Burger King, but I am officially taking my business to the Creedmoor road location because it’s better by miles. I recommend going to that one so you can at least have a correct order.

Burger King is newly opened after renovations and(i assume) new hires for FOH, BOH, and mgmt. The dining room and bathrooms are, as expected, all shiny, new, & clean as can be. The restaurant still lacks a playground(a disappointment to my kids, it would have been a perfect time for them to install one to compete with the local Chik-fil-A and McD’s) but does feature outdoor patio seating for warmer weather. The drive-through speaker, unfortunately, still needs a lot of work. It seems as though the drive-through attendant is screaming at you(volume-wise), yet everything is garbled and unintelligible due to static. A major improvement, the drive-through is now open 24 hours, a major competitor to the local Wendy’s(open until 1). Other notes: I am NOT a fan of burger-based fast food, but unfortunately, my husband is. I stopped at this BK today to pick up food for him & my sons. Everything was fine as far as my order went, although I handed over my debit card at the first window, and was told I would«be asked to sign at the second window». I was not asked to sign anything, ever. Also, I requested honey mustard sauce for my sons’ chicken kids meals(did not receive), was not asked to specify a gender for my two kids meals(my two sons received«girl» fashion-designer doll toys), and although I ordered three«meals»(one combo and two kids meals), I did not receive any straws whatsoever. Fortunately I was just bringing the food home and we were able to put the drinks in normal cups, but what if we had planned on eating on the road? That would have been super inconvenient!
