Honestly I work way to hard to be living in a place that does not give you what you pay for at all. I’ve been here for about a year and a half and I’m so ready to move. This was a quick decision and I regret moving into Camden. They say you pay for location… This location is the worst to get in and out of traffic in. Mind you rent is way over priced for outdated appliances, white kitchen counters that weren’t fixed properly had no water pressure at all from the basic sink, ceiling falling in bathroom. For the people who actually live here we have to walk a mile to our apartments because they do NOT TOW AT ALL. You can leave your car here for years and get away with it. But since there is absolutely no place to park I had to park in a handicapped spot in front of my apartment like everyone else does and they put a huge green sticker I couldn’t get off my car for months for their own bull*hit. I’ve paid my rent every month on time and the one time an error occurred w them they never mentioned anything and tried taking me to court for a late fee which I just payed bc I don’t have time for. That was 2000 over a 200 late fee. I can never sleep because you can hear everything up stairs. My room is freezing in the winter and hot in the summer bc window seals arnt fixed and neither is the a/​c or heat. I have three other co workers who live in other apartments with the same problem. My key fob never worked for the lousy gym and when asked she charged me 75 $ and I paid it and that one also didn’t work. This is the third key fob and it’s broken. No security what so ever. Trash is not done correctly and you have to pay for it regardless of its pointless. Glen never felt with him but just from observing seems like a complete power trip deucher. I really don’t complain even when things suck but I’m writing this honest review to save the heartache and money from others. The pool forget about that. Too packed I was not able to go the entire time I lived here not ONCE. There is one guy I do see cleaning up the place poor guy he deserves a raise nice gentleman. I haven’t been able to breathe and it only happens when I come into my apartment. Did I mention yet again no parking lol to add to that they park their little golf carts in the actual resident parking during the day? I had to pay extra for wifi and tv so that tech package crap they sell is flat out disrespectful. I could see if I was paying 700 – 850 then this crap would make since but I’m not. Marcus no longer works there he was a genuine awesome guy who should have replaced jessica. No customer service. The car ports for washing your car again no pressure pure joke. Be prepared to be woken up every Tuesday and Thursday morning from the lawn service. Electric bill is insane. I could go on but to round it off it’s not a place to call a home and it doesn’t deserve a star. This place is a joke.

Must say I agree with Cristopher’s earlier review. Lived here more than two years myself, and it’s gone far far downhill. Would also like to add that a nice benefit to having an apartment is the main office where packages can be picked up/​dropped off by shippers. Camden won’t accept ANY boxes anymore, and in order for packages to not be stolen, residents will now have to pay for a box at another location and go to pick up packages. Not to mention rents go up ~15% per renewal, which is ridiculous even by NYC standards. But this is Raleigh folks, not NYC, so I’d say keep looking.

I personally love it here. I’m in the office with the ladies often to pick up packages and I see what they have to go through and how they still conduct themselves in a professional and helpful manor. Their all Genuine, I’ve only met the new girl once but she is nice too. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and property. So umm, it seems that these people want a hand out. Go buy a freaking house! This is an apartment community. Tell me if you are going to complain to the GOVT about property tax or all other fees associated. I really want to say thank you Camden Manor Park because you do address all my concerns and questions, as well as make it a good place to come home to. Oh shout out to the guy who is cleaning up around the building in this rain. I see him everyday, I’m glad the property offers the cleaning.

Camden staff and management have recently become quite difficult and in better words awful to deal with. After living here for 5 years they will not offer any incentives or concessions for renewing. Stating that it’s company policy now not to offer these. Not to mention former management have done so in the past. Things have changed quite a bit at this property. Would not recommend at this time!

I moved to Camden 2 years ago and it was a great choice. I love the community, well kept amenities, groomed landscaping and friendly staff. The apartment interior is fairly basic, but the surrounding area makes up for it.
Do beware of some of the negatives before deciding to move here though. I found that when the my first 12 month lease was up, they tried to raise my rent from $ 1000 to $ 1100 per month. I then moved to an apartment upstairs without a balcony, which was $ 150 less and I was very happy with the current price. Recently, that lease was up and they have raised my rent by «a discounted rate» of $ 150 per month!!! I called the leasing manager Melissa Napper multiple times to see if she could work with the price, as I am a loyal resident and the new price was just not in my budget, but she did not try very hard to accommodate my needs and claimed it was out of her hands and that there was no one else I would be able to speak with. Not to mention, their «Tech Package was raised from $ 77 to $ 84 per month — that’s an extra $ 84 a year out of my pocket for the same exact service. I doubt Time Warner raised the bill, Camden is most likely profiting because I asked for evidence of the price being raised and the manager did not respond.
If your wondering why I resigned this expensive lease, it was because I was not in a position to move my whole apartment. I am sharing this info as I wish I knew that they treated their long term residents this way from the beginning.

Do not live here! All they care about is money here and good luck having them understand your problems or concerns. They do nothing to help their residents out. We are good tenets who always pay rent on time, are not loud, and clean up after ourselves but manage to get the crappy end of the stick no matter what when dealing with Camden owned apartments. There are many positives to living here, but when it comes down to the staff (except for one employee MARCUS who is great), this complex is nothing shy of horrible. They stick you with extra charges whenever they can and do not work towards a solution at all. They can only ever respond with is «oh…well there is nothing we can do» or they are confrontational. Among the negatives if you are considering renting here which i strongly don’t advise is that there is absolutely NO parking after 5:00pm. Residents don’t know how to pick up dog waste, stop at stop signs, follow pool rules, many residents have dogs and all they do is bark, all day and all night and nothing gets done about that as well. and the list goes on. Our rugs were disgusting (made white socks turn brown) and with out any compromise they made us pay to have them cleaned. There is mold all around the front doors and instead of fixing it they just paint over it, and a pretty bad bug problem where we usually have to kill at least 3 a day which is after we spent our own money buying bug and spider and insect killing spray. (Spiders, Roaches, Beetles, Millipedes). Maintenance usually makes up some reason to put the blame on the renters for the problems and DON’T clean up after themselves as we were left with trash and debris all over our laundry room after a service request was performed. We have lived in Camden apartments since 2013 to current and if we could move out without giving them another penny we would in a heartbeat.

This is the most superb residence experience one could wish for.
The management team is beyond professional, and the maintenance team are not only gentlemen, but beyond efficient.
The associate that assisted my initial tenancy (Ricarda) treated me as a friend, and her associates immediately joined in to assist my transition with nothing less than personal care and consideration.
Every single person on the Camden Manor Park team is wonderful.
During recent snow, the grounds were magically manicured as so every driveway, and walkway, were cleared from beginning of the first snowflake, to the end.
I still can’t figure out how they did that…(?!?)
I plan on acquiring other residences in other states, and would only consider Camden Properties.
No matter who you might deal with here at Camden Manor Park, this is the first, and only choice, to consider.

Camden Manor Park Is A Great Plac To IIve. This Complex Is Well Maintain And The Staffs Are Extremely Friendly And Helpful. It’sPerfect foR Single And Couple Without Any Kids. I Wish There’s A Playground For My 2 ½ Year Old To Play. There’s Definitely Has More Pets Than Children In This Complex. Overall It’s An Amazinh Living In here
