This is by far the best haircut I’ve had in a long time. Marshall always does a excellent job! I’m very picky about who I will let cut my hair and I couldn’t be happier with Marshall. Outstanding service!

Jeanie provided a personalized massage with the level of pressure I prefer. She could tell what my body needed and modified as needed to meet my needs! I highly recommend her.

Five stars. This is by far the best yoga studio I have tried in the triangle. Instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. The co-​owner Marc is dedicated to the studio, and is always available to answer questions. Plus, they are continuing to add more classes for a great variety.

I have practiced yoga at a number of studios in town. Cat Tilt Studio is by far the best! Marc is an excellent teacher. He listens to his students and helps them to develop a yoga practice that is best for their bodies and a practice they can maintain for life. At Cat Tilt, I receive the individual attention that I need. If you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, I highly recommend you taking a class at Cat Tilt Studio.

I recently dropped in for my first yoga workshop here and left feeling so relaxed. The instructor was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful, as it had been a few years since I last practiced. I’ve been a happy client of the hair salon for quite some time and I’m so glad I decided to try something new. Excited that this gem of a studio is in the neighborhood!
