The service was good. We were never without a full glass and the waitress kept her distance, not to create an uncomfortable experience. She cleaned away finished plates so the table wasn’t cluttered. However, the silver wear was dirty when I unfolded the black napkin that encased it. That was, and is a serious issue. Dirty utensils are unsanitary and makes me wonder what other things needed a good soak. Bathrooms were disgusting. They need to clean up the sink areas where hands are washed. The automatic towel dispenser was broken on one side and it makes me wonder why they even have the«clean» bathroom sign if it looks and smelled like the monkez house at the zoo.

Usually pretty good food but they just completely retooled the menu. They dropped two of my favorites, the islander and the club. Service can be very spotty and we’ve had our fair share of really crappy service in fact it sucks again today. If it weren’t for decent prices and the monthly $ 10 off a $ 25 order from Mother’s Day I doubt we’d come as often as we do. The homemade chips are delicious and burgers are decent

Although I could do without the music videos(why do all shoe stores play music vids?), we had a great experience here. Ray was very helpful, gave us extra information about each shoe we were picking out and generally seemed very willing to help out. My sister’s size is tricky to find and he was patient and friendly, as was the man at the register. Ended up purchasing our shoes here.
