Similar experience as other reviewers. The management is totally unaccommodating for any request that aren’t in line with their cookie-cutter policies. Shortly after getting the keys to my apartment, I realized there was a glaring street light right outside my window. Since I hadn’t moved any of my furniture in yet, I asked the management if I could switch apartments. They told me there would be an additional $ 350 fee to switch apartments. The carpets were also showing wear; I asked if they could be replaced, but I was told that they weren’t «due» to be replaced. If rent isn’t paid by the 3rd of the month, you must pay by credit card(with a hefty ~$ 40 fee tacked on), or procure a money order/cashiers check or pay by Western Union. Totally inflexible with this policy regardless of reason for late payment or past precise on-time payment history. I’m so disgusted with renting at this point. Would not recommend renting from this company.
