So disappointed after todays visit. Have used Dr. Mize for a few years. Today my son and I were 14minutes late (for 2appts) when I believed we were 6 minutes early. After explaining I had the time written 2x as 10:40 they said sorry it was 10:20 & we can only see one of you. Little human understanding & compassion was shown. As I sat in the empty waiting room listening to 3 staffers discuss kids peeing in trash cans I realized we need to find a new Dentist! Surely one of those 3 could have started my appointment? ! As we left the wsiting room was still empty… hmmmmm

After a long search I finally found a great dentist in the Raleigh area with friendly staff. Takes pride in his work which is nice to see. For one year I tried to resolve a dental issue after my dog hit my month one day. That year I visited 5 dentists and only Dr. Mize came up with a solution that worked for me. After my first visit I left full of hope. But, now that the work is done I am happy and it feels good to have a dentist like Dr. Mize. Also, the dental hygienist did a great job and was very friendly.
