Daphne’s Hallmark

In today’s world of modern technology, I still love being able to send a thoughtful hand written note for special occasions.
This is a great location for a hallmark store, and really has a great selection of cards. I found really specific ones I needed, and was grateful that they had what I was looking for, for such a unique occasion.
Aside from the cards, this location has a great selection of gifts as well. I can’t help but do a lap in looking at the jewelry, Vera Bradley, cooking and wine related items as well as the great selection for children including my most favorite: Melissa and Doug items.
Whether it’s for my niece’s birthday, my best friend’s move to a new home, or getting a little something to honor the memory of a loved one, this Hallmark store has it all!

Large Selection of Cards and Lots of Gifts
Daphne’s Hallmark opened in Cameron Village in the space previously occupied by Swoozies in late 2011 just before Christmas. On my first visit last December, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of gift options. I remember finding a totally cute wine glass Christmas ornament for my wine loving friend who was hosting her annual Christmas party… it was a perfect hostess gift. There was tons of Christmas wrapping paper that I had a difficult time choosing just the right one, which is not a bad thing… love choices. I have visited Daphne’s on multiple occasions to find gifts for friends and family particularly if you don’t know what to get or for the person who has everything, you will be able to find a little something. There is a wide selection of invitations and beautiful writing paper for your special communications. There is always a friendly, extroverted person working to help you find what you are looking for or to offer suggestions. Today, I went to Daphne’s to find cards for 3 friends: a funny, slightly edging birthday card, a card for friend who is moving away, and one who is having a baby in a few weeks. The two sales associates were smiley, helpful, and efficient. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Quick, easy, and a great selection of greeting cards and gifts for all occasions.
