Design Lines

The design lines team is amazing at assessing the needs of their client, educating them in ways that don’t feel condescending or pedantic, and making the ideas that I had become gorgeous reality. From contractors to custom-​designed furniture, paint colors to the perfect rug, they definitely know their field. I cannot wait to use them again.

I’ve worked with a number of contractors and builders over the last 18 years, but this is by far the worse company I’ve ever had to deal with.
For the design and installation of 5 roman shades, it has taken them 8 months; the first 6 months went by without ANYTHING to show although 50% of the estimated cost of the project had been cashed. Repeated requests for updates fell on deaf ears. Threatened by lawsuit, they produced 5 incomplete, poorly manufactured shades in 3 days. The shades had to be returned to the workshop. Two months later, the shades are a perfect display of the lack of craftsmanship, quality, imagination, integrity, and standards demonstrated by Design Lines Ltd over the course of 8 months. If this is how they work for a small project, and this is their work ethics, how do they handle larger jobs? I never heard an apology nor an explanation for their lack of interest. Never again.
