I always have a great experience here. Dr. Kohagan is great.

I went to see Dr. O’Loughlin because another doctor had diagnosed me with celiac disease, and seemed to be rather uneducated about it. I read that Dr. O’Loughlin was the expert in the area. But when he ordered an endoscopy, his lab was going to cost me another $ 1500 out of pocket compared with the first doctor. No problem, I can get the lab done at the first place, so I did. Then the follow up with that first doc was completely and utterly dissatisfying. Still having problems, he just shrugged his shoulders. So I tried to call and make an appointment with Dr. O’Loughlin and he cancelled my appointment on me. He won’t see me because I dared to go to another doctor. Oh my arrogance! I am so so sorry! Banished for life because of my disloyalty! If you want someone who actually cares about you, I’d definitely steer clear of this place. Follow up edit: someone from the office called me, probably after reading this review, to offer recommendations. But, «you can get the same information from Google». So they were going to recommend a random doctor to me, based upon a Google search. Brilliant, guys. I’m so glad you care about your patients and want them to receive high quality care.

I was referred to DHC by my general practitioner in 2009. Dr. Murtaza Parekh, one of the GI docs here, is amazing. He is never rushed, is almost always on time, and doesn’t beat around the bush. Seriously, he’s the best doctor I’ve ever seen! The DHC staff, nurses, etc. are very nice and kind. The triage nurses are helpful if you call in with questions or need to leave a message for the doctor. Appointments are easy to schedule and I’ve almost always gotten one within a few days of calling. If you need a procedure done, the nurses/doc do all they can to prepare you. This is a great practice!
