H&R Block

HORRIBLE! Over $ 300 of my money went to these clowns. You would think you were paying so much because they are so knowledgeable. Wrong. Mr. Rowe told me they only accepted cash at the state revenue office. Cash is the only thing they DON’T take. I am going to have to have another accountant check his work. He counted my K1 earnings incorrectly. Mr. Rowe kept having to get up to ask questions. If you need questions answered about the health insurance marketplace forget about it. I don’t see how h&r block can put «accountants» on the floor without properly training them. Do they get these people off the street?
Also, I called one day to get directions. The woman who answered the phone was rude and clueless. I called again and the guy was able to tell me where they were located but he was very rude.
While I was there one agent was WHISTLING the whole time! Is that professional?
H&R block is not worth how much they charge. I am writing this so no one else will make the mistake I did. Do you really want to spend over $ 270? They are just following a computer program. You can find accountants cheaper who can actually help you.
