I have been coming to this location for years. It is the best in the Raleigh area, IMHO. Jay and his team treat every customer like family.

I went to this jersey mikes cause the food is typically good. But today when I go to check out the guy behind the counter reaches over to the credit card touchscreen and pushes a button for a 15% tip. When asked what was that? He goes oh don’t worry about it. I had cancel the order and tell him that is not ok. If I want to tip 15% then I’ll tip 15% it should be my choice. Be wary when checking out and double check the price.

DO NOT EAT HERE. .I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE. I order the steak and cheese and it made me violently ill. The beef apparently was bad. I have been here numerous times and never experienced anything like that before. Needless to say I will never go back to this location again.

I was pretty impressed. I had their subs a few years ago but wasn’t that impressed. My wife got a couple for a picnic last week. Was pretty good.
