Hardee’s

Good onion rings cooked fresh to order!
Service is friendly.
Excellent ice tea.
Haven’t been to Hardee’s for many years and really came in to get curly fries so we were alittle disappointed.

Oh man. something is broken here.
It’s fun to watch though… 3 people walking around… bumping into each other once in awhile. One person in the back assembling biscuits… another in the part of the kitchen I couldn’t see would sometimes push a pan forward and knock her in-​process biscuits on the floor (but they stayed on the floor :))
They are good biscuits but there is a broken process somewhere. 15 minute ticket times for fast food biscuits.

I really want to give them a better rating but the inconsistency is the killer here.
I have worked in the plaza for over 10 years and have eaten here many times.
When it’s good it’s great, but when it’s bad, it’s so very bad.
I have gotten some of the best, juiciest burgers here. They’re my go to when I want a burger that’s not paper thin. Their milkshakes are great and the cookies are kept in a warmer too.
The customer service is mostly bad with a few great employees thrown in.
I went through the drive through last night and when I got home and bit into my burger, it tasted charred. Not only the meat was burned, but the bun was almost black where they had left it in the toaster too long. I wasn’t going to drive back across town to get it fixed so I just tossed it.
It’s hit or miss with this place. I go back since I have a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance of having a great meal and I like to gamble. If the management can get a handle on training the staff they’d be great.

You have to check everything you order every time.
Super rude staff.
