My favorite take out pizza. Used to order from the in Myrtle Beach and was so happy to find one here. Ordered once already and it was just as awesome as I remember. Definitely get the garlic crust pizza option :)

This location has really gotten bad. The last 3 times they have tried to pull an extra 3.00 on your order and expect you to pay so if you aren’t paying attention you will pay more. They offer coupons and loyalty cards but once you use them or fill them up they act like it is a problem and try to punch them again so that you don’t get the discount. The customer service could be a little better as well and not rude and rushed. One guy got upset with my husband for trying to use a card that was already completed so you wonder what he was doing behind the counter. You shouldn’t have to watch them prepare your food that closely. We do not plan on going back, 3 times and they are out! This has been on delivering and takeout. Will and have told others as well the bad experiences we have had.

Every time I order from Hungry Howie’s, it’s always a treat. Nice deals, lots of fresh toppings, and the Cajun and butter & garlic crusts are the best! They’re also open late on weekdays and later on weekends, which is a definite plus.

If you expect this place to continue to deliver to your location, don’t EVER call and complain when they royally screw up your order(and they WILL screw it up over and over). If you do call and complain, be ready for the manager to be very rude and condescending. They have ruined my husband and I’s order so many times and even though they were the ones who made the mistakes(like sending the wrong pizza or howie bread instead of the cinnamon bread we ordered, or forgetting all of the salad dressings when we even paid for extra for our salad), WE have become blacklisted. Do yourself a favor and go to the Oberlin location or get Marco’s instead.

This is place is soooooo good. I tried it while here on business. The ranch crust pizza I had was honestly the best I’ve had ! The delivery guy was also quick and really nice. From my experience it was fantastic.

Would not deliver to my apartment because of «previous problems» with the neighborhood. I guess they’re too good to deliver to us. So why does Pizza Hut, Dominos, and Papa Johns still deliver to this location if it’s such a problem??? I’ve been here going on two years and it’s pretty quiet. I felt very offended when they called me back to say they couldn’t deliver to me because of the neighborhood(after I paid!!!). You shouldn’t treat everyone like a common criminal.

Excellent we ordered for the first time and was not disappointed, ordered the sesame with pepperoni, deep dish with sausage and garlic crust, cheesy bread… All was delicious, I would recommend and order again for sure! Thanks Howie…

One time it snowed and I was stuck at home, my poor little Civic couldn’t handle it. I called 2 or 3 pizza places looking for delivery, but they were closed due to weather. Then I called Howie’s. Business as usual! Good service, good pizza, and the flavored crusts are just icing on the cake. This little ordeal also made me question the ethics of forcing a delivery driver to brave the elements when I myself won’t, but at any rate, I’ve been sure to give them my repeat business as thanks.

Seriously one of my favorite pizza places around here! Love the flavored crust choices on their pizza! They are cheap and always have some kind of deal going on. I’ve never once bad service from them. They are also open late and always deliver surprisingly fast! I’ve also gotten their oven-baked subs and they are pretty delish offering a twist to the idea of a calzone with different sub items baked in the inside. If you like garlic bread, you would absolutely love the Howie’s bread! One of my boyfriend and I’s favorite deal is their two-topping large pizza, Howie’s bread and a two-liter for $ 18. You can’t beat it!

Great Pizza for a great price… especially if you have a Zspotcard(it gets you a BOGO deal on any size pizza). Last night I purchased a small cheese pizza and got a second one FREE! You can’t beat a deal like that. I chose the butter and cheese crust sauce… amazing! On the other I chose the ranch… it was alright– I didn’t like it as much. The service was good and everyone did their part in completing my order. The pizza was still piping hot by the time I got it home which is always a plus. Want good pizza for a good price without a coupon or Zspotcard… try Hungry Howie’s.

My favorite of the cheap delivery pizza bunch, it seems to be the cheapest and has lots of flavor without being too greasy. Get the pepperoni and mushroom with garlic herb crust. Or… try all the crust seasonings in one by ordering a Bonsai crust.

Hungry Howie’s is great! They have the cheapest prices for pizza, and it tastes amazing. Way better than Little Caesar’s. Everyone is so nice, and I absolutely LOVE the hours. They are open later than any other pizza place in the area, which is great whenever I’m wanting pizza an hour before midnight on a Monday. If you’re looking for cheap but delicious pizza, this is the place to go!

I’ve been about Hungry Howies since college. The pizza is affordable, there is always 5ish deals available at any given time. The sauce is flavored with more than just salt and sugar. I enjoy the pick your flavor crust(butter, cheese, spicy, ranch, etc). I’ve always had fast friendly service. A definite go to for a lazy I don’t feel like cooking night.

You get what you pay for. $ 5 or $ 10 will get you a lot of gross, cheap pizza. It will be made of cheap ingredients – most certainly loaded with preservatives. If you hate good food, love feeling like you ate a lot of junk, and are cheap/broke, eat here.

I absolutely love hungry howies!!! Good pizza for the price. I always get the small one topping with a 20 oz soda for $ 5. Can’t beat that!

This place has really great pizza. I am honestly still on the search for my pizza place, since moving down here in October. There sure are plenty of places to try, and on a side note I absolutely can not believe how hard it is to find a pizza place that delivers and has fries or onion rings! I was looking for that, last Sunday after a late Saturday night, and had no luck finding it, but we did try Howie’s pizza and loved it.(Which by the way, if I had known on Saturday night that they were open so late, they would have filled my 2AM pizza craving perfectly!) My husband got the cheeseburger pizza with a cajun crust, and I got a regular cheese with a garlic herb crust. I felt like the crust was a little too salty, and over seasoned, but hey that’s their thing… they season the crust, and I asked for it. Overall very good, we will definitely order from them again, and I will probably try a different flavor crust. Also, very excited to try the Howie bread next time.

I discovered Hungry Howie’s on a trip to Sebring, Fl. Apparently, Hungry Howie’s is the way my husband fed himself through college. When he first suggested this pizza shop and told me it was his staple food in college, I wasn’t expecting anything stellar. While they may not be a gourmet find, they beat all the well known pizza chains I know of. Hungry Howie’s really impressed my tasted buds. You can get your choice of seasoned pizza crust. For me, the pizza is delicious until the last bite. I’ve become such a fan of the Cajun Crust and extra cheese pie, I haven’t ventured off this menu item yet! Visit their website for other menu items because they offer subs, salads, and wings. If you’re craving something sweet, try the Cinnamon Howie Bread. It’s bread bathed in butter, cinnamon sugar and all the things a fat fatty like me enjoys. A word to the wise, don’t even bother visiting this location thinking you will dine in. They have two benches for those to sit while they wait on take out orders. Although, they have the space available for a table and chairs — they do not have any available. So don’t do what we did, and expect to dine in. It’s either take out or delivery at this location. On the plus side, I believe they are open until 3AM(whoa) during the weekends. Go Howie’s!
