Pros: Pool, location, deck size, Maintenance guys are always there in a timely fashion, the other residents are awesome. Cons: office staff is Intolerable — avoid them at all costs. It takes them a ridiculous amount of time to reply to current residents about charges and questions and the main reason I have rated them so low. That and the fact that they are charging me for not having something that I do actually have… The lawn maintenance guys like to show up at 7am on Saturday so if you like to sleep… and there has been a slight problem with animal waste — like I have walked past the same baggie for about 4 weeks now and have already complained about it.

My husband and I have loved living here! I have lived on the property since June and my husband recently moved in in December. When I lived alone, I always felt safe. Pool is nice and gym, though small as every apartment gym is, has great equipment and you can have a good workout there. Community is friendly — I would recommend this to all different stages of life(recent college grads, newly weds, etc). Staff are GREAT! Very responsive to any questions along the way with the lease, rent, packages, etc. I’ve had several minor maintenance requests and the staff always come promptly and solve the issue. Location is as good as it gets! Right by 440, 40, and Glenwood. Seems like you’re 10 minutes from«everything.» Quick ride downtown, to Cary, etc. So convenient with Harris Teeter and restaurants right across the street. Fun to walk to when the weather is warm and a great place to meet with friends. We’ve also found that we love to walk down Edwards Mill to get on the Reedy Creek green way. Our particular unit was renovated right before we moved in with new floors in the kitchen/bathroom and all new kitchen appliances. As long as we are renting and in Raleigh, we will be here!
