These apartments look nice and are affordable but you get what you pay for. Maintenance people are friendly but management gives them no resources to fix anything. Our air conditioning has gone out SIX TIMES in the last year and all they do is put a bandaid on it and it goes out again a month later! Management and staff have changed so many times it’s impossible for them to keep up. With the number of apartment options in this area, I’d strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

I have lived here for two years and the complex is in a great central location and the neighborhood is pretty quiet as well so I have never felt unsafe. Unfortunately the management has changed several times since I have been here so it’s been frustrating to deal with office hours and policies changing without much notice. Some apartments are renovated and others are not – I’m in an older version which has very old appliances/​terrible flooring and when asked about upgrading the bad appliances it’s been denied. Overall not a bad place to live but I’m in need of an upgrade.
