Mary is an excellent instructor and was amazingly patient as I began Yoga for the first time. She took the time to tailor our sessions to both mine and my wife’s needs. I am not very flexible so Mary made sure that she took the process slow and explained the stretches and poses so that I knew what was going on. As a beginner this was essential for me to make sure I wasn’t overdoing it. What was amazing was that she did all this while keeping the class interesting and challenging for my wife, who has done yoga many times.
