Michael Kors

FINALLY a Michael Kors store in Raleigh… my heart flutters with excitement! I had the same feeling when the MK store opened in Durham:
I had originally gone to Macy’s for some MK shoes I wanted but the salesperson was too busy in his own world to help me so I googled MK and Crabtree to see what other stores sold MK. To my surprise, I found the MK store had finally opened and I did not know about it! I quickly power-​walked through the mall to get down to the MK store. I didn’t hear angels sing when I walked in, but it was pretty darn close.
I adore Michael Kors. I think if he designed a potato sack to wear with the MK logo, I would think that it must be in because Mr. Kors says it is. This location does not sell clothes, but has all of the accessories, which is fine for me. I found the shoes I was looking for, and then another pair I had not seen. The associate was extremely helpful and attentive and told me where to go online to get another pair that they did not have in my size. She was so very nice, and seemed genuine — a great salesperson!
After my purchase, I found myself perusing through the jewelry and some of the handbags and had to force myself to walk away, although after smelling the Michael Kors Amber perfume, I may have to treat myself to another visit in the next couple of days.
Michael Kors in Raleigh: lovely but dangerous!

I’m a fan of Michael Kors and have many of his items. The quality of MK’s items are always good and if there are any issues, the stores are always good to exhange it.
I received a MK Satchel handbag and matching wrist for Christmas. After much thought, I decided the bag was too big and it would be more useful if it was smaller satchel bag. I brought my items to the MK store and ask if i could exchange. With little difficulty I was able to pick out 3 items that matched the value of my original purchase and walk out with a purse that was more suited for my day-​to-​day use.
I wasn’t able to get a full because the purchase was more than 3 months old; my boyfriend bought it in November for a Christmas/​Birthday gift and we just moved. Hence I understood why it was a $ value exchange only.
Overall the staff was friendly and quick to help me after I addressed my exchange request. With my Hamilton satchel, I got a gold & tortoise watch and keychain pouch. I am more than happy with my new purse and be back in the new Spring.
