For being an orthodontist office, where I’m shelling out thousands of dollars so my kids don’t look like some Adam Sandler character (I’m kidding, people!), the new office space is gorgeous. I know, I know, that doesn’t matter.
But the truth is the entire staff is very professional, very caring, and extra good with kids who may be a little nervous. They’re always great about changing appointments if necessary (with 24 hours notice, of course) and scheduling that suits us.
Dr. Nelson is a hoot, joking around with the kids all the time.
I’m very pleased with the office and their services.
