ASK for Mitch! This gentleman came into my home and did 2 flights of stairs, landing, and my bedroom. My carpet had pretty deep stains that I knew would take some work to remove. From my view, I thought Mitch did a pretty good job, however, he came to me and stated that HE wasn’t satisfied and that I was not to pay him until he came back to re-​do. He stated that the brushes he was using needed to be replaced and that he would come back re-​do and I would pay him then. In the history of any service in my home, I have never had someone tell me that they were not finished until they were satisfied. Mitch was completely professional, took his time, and my carpets ended up extremely clean (cream carpets). By not providing a review would do this company a disservice. Top ratings all the way. Want your carpet clean with 100% honest efforts. Call Oxi Fresh of North Raleigh!!!

Loved the results and service. Carpets look amazing, even my wool Turkish rug turned out great. Service was above and beyond with moving furniture and taking care of details (he even vacuumed my front porch). Carpets dry very fast, when the tech left my rugs were already dry. Arrived on time, stuck with the quote, and provided superior service. I highly recommend and I’ll be back!

I found this place through my first ever Livingsocial coupon purchase a few months ago.
I finally got around to booking the cleaning which took place this morning.
I’m pretty fussy from start to finish, so when I’m impressed and pleased even I am taken aback :)
The chap was professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable… I don’t really know what else to add. I am a total klutz and I have pets, but he did a fantastic job. I was incredibly happy with the result.
Suffice to say I am already a HUGE fan, will *definitely* use this company again, and would certainly recommend it to others.

Just had my carpets cleaned this morning! They look better than ever. You can’t even tell I have a 115lb black dog AND twin toddlers! Todd is awesome, reliable, fast and affordable:) I would highly recommend him.
