The service was horrible. And we left. And got a credit on our charge from the agency. When it gets busy. It is hard to walk. And the employees are slow to clean up the tables. And the problem of employees walking in front of customers. And blocking the walkway. And the parking is horrible. And sometimes we keep getting cheese on the roast beef sandwiches that we order. Food pick up area is terrible. The employees run away from the female customers. Talk back rude, not give a full portion of food, not help the employees and refuse to do so. And will not tell female customers the order is ready. The food is always good from Panera. Ordering the food is a problem. Walk away from in the middle of wait on, talk back rude, rush to get rid of, yell at, and eat food while wait on customers. And overcharge us. And we had to ask them to come back and finish the job. The location is good. Not many places to park in front of the restaurant. Breakfast there is less people. Though it is still busy. Panera bakery is good. We had to ask the employees to wait on us. They are have a lot of social sessions. The prices are good. Have a lot of great delicious items at the bakery. We like the cookies. We stop going there. Too many problems. There are more restaurants in the area.

Wow– I tried to online app for rapid pickup. It referenced being offline for maintenance. I then went into the store location at 11:45 am and ordered from the touch screen — it timed out and said error. Four more people tried ordering from the touch screens after me and I had to tell them it wasn’t working. Panera refused to close the area by the touch screens or alert customers that they weren’t working. It took over 35 minutes from finally ordering at the counter to getting my meal. Honestly over 30 minutes. This is a busy location and they are trying move to serving you the meal at your table, but to say they have some kinks to work out is an understatement. It took the customer in front of me over 30 minutes to be served a cup of soup! This is supposed to be quick serve restaurant. Really truly bad.

Friendly service. Fairly consistent food. Music is awful. Sorry, guys. Turn the channel, turn it down, or turn it off.

This Panera is really convenient, usually fast, and my order never gets screwed up… Something I cannot say for literally every other Panera I’ve ever been to. They have it together and all of my meals are well assembled and taste good. I know that Panera is committed to serving good quality food, and I feel that they have done that time and time again. The ordering terminals are also very easy to use.

I did the online order and picked up in store. It was very convenient and my order was ready at exactly the right time. You pay online so all you have to do is grab your order. They got it correct, too. I love that the chain has removed artificial ingredients– makes me feel better with the food I get! I always do the You Pick Two and mix up the soup and salads. My friend got the chicken tortellini and it looked good!

See picture I posted on 12−22−15. As a former cook, I’d never served overdone and undercooked. Apparently they don’t still teach this.

When this place first opened up, I would have given it three stars. The menu has improved since then. And while the lines for ordering can be long and tedious to endure, there are no fewer than four self service kiosks for placing your order. There is usually at least one kiosk free and I try to make a beeline for it. There’s plenty of seating, room for small groups. The outdoor patio is nice enough, but a little noisy(right up against a high traffic intersection). They’ve got decent enough wifi. If they had better parking(Whole Foods shares a parking lot with them) and table delivery for dine-in customers, I’d call it 5 stars. I also kind of wish they had later hours. It’d be one of my regular hangouts for writing and drinking too much coffee if they did.

Yesterday I stopped by for lunch and got the Turkey Apple Cheddar sandwich, it was delicious. It was on rye bread which I love and they did not skimp on filling the sandwich. I like the chips as my side because the crunchiness is good with a softer sandwich. Don’t forget the iced tea, perfect with lunch.

This is my favorite location… on a cold rainy day their chicken chili hits the spot… there’s always a line here but the service is great so they expedite your order quickly… The bread they serve with the chili is awesome… and the chocolate chip cookie was a nice suprise…

Have tried to give this Panera more than one chance because it’s in my neighborhood, but have rarely had a to-go order that is correct. Make sure you check your bag before you leave because something will be missing. Ordered salads and bacon turkey bravo sandwiches tonight — checked bag and sandwiches were missing; had to go back and ask for them. Then got home and bacon was missing from the sandwiches(after I was told I had to wait 10 min for fresh bacon). Not going back.

So Panera now has new kiosks to skip the line and new all-natural bravo sauce for their Bacon Turkey Bravo. The kiosks don’t work and bravo sauce has pooled oil on the top and reeks and tastes of white vinegar. Yuck!

I’m about to go on a panera rant and this particular location has the pleasure of receiving this review since they are the ones that most recently messed up an order. I have been going to panera for years, paneras all over, not just this one. For some reason, I don’t know if it’s a lack of training or carelessness, my orders are often completely messed up, today my mom went to pick up food from there and they did not give her my sandwich on a to go order. Several times panera has failed to put my complete order in the bag and this was no exception. This is just unacceptable. This has happened a handful of times and at this point it needs to be addressed. They need to be more thorough and stop forgetting/messing up orders. Panera is not cheap. When my mom and I order a salad and a you pick 2 item, forgetting one of the items is just ridiculous. Get it together panera!

Went there to get a bunch of pastries for a party for the following day. The girl at the register was not friendly or helpful. Before picking out what I wanted I asked her if they would still be good the following day and she said they would. They weren’t. Most of them were dried out and the cupcakes were hard. For all of the money I spent I think she should have wrapped them better or something knowing I would not be taking them out until the following do, or tell me that they would not hold. Not only was it a waste of money, I felt bad that people did not like them.

I could eat here every day except I think the prices are a bit on the high side. Love the salads, the onion soup, the side bread. And the carrot cake cupcake is the bomb. The dining room is always clean and the employees are always pleasant. Especially Courtney, she always has a friendly smile when I get to the register.

I used to come here frequently before they started messing up my orders. They seem to hire more and more lazy teenagers as time goes on. The last time I was in there I asked about some of the pasta and the cashier didn’t even know what most of it was and just said«It’s not good I wouldn’t get it.» So I finally decided to get the chicken noodle soup. Of course they were out of bread bowls as always so I had to get bread on the side. My food finally came I sat down, and realized it was the cream of chicken and rice. I would have eaten it, but I am lactose intolerant and can’t have most dairy products. So I walked up and politely asked for the soup I asked for, no refunds or anything and the girl just sneered at me and walked into the back to get me the right soup. I could hear her and the other workers complaining about only having to pour another soup! I finally got my soup, but still hadn’t poured the hot water for my tea.
Of course when I did the hot water was this disgusting coffee water, luckily I found a helpful manager that time. The tea was disgusting anyways. I always thought this place was nice until about a year ago.

I was a frequent Panera customer several years ago when I worked close to another area location. I have always liked their food, especially their bagels and cookies. It had been a while since my last visit so I was surprised that the prices had sky rocketed. Eight dollars for a pick two and five dollars for a small bowl of mac and cheese seems a little outrageous to me. My husband and I each ordered an entrée and a drink. I couldn’t decide between a new soup and an old stand by. I ordered the mushroom soup and the manger suggested that I try it because he wasn’t a big fan of the new recipe. I’m glad he did because it left something to be desired so I went with the chicken and rice soup instead. I considered buying a meal for each of my young children, but since the prices are so high and my oldest is very picky I changed my mind and got a single bowl of mac and cheese for them to split. When it was time to pick up the order at the counter I was taken aback by the small portion size! They serve the meals on large plates and the food looked tiny! In the past the soup was served in a eight ounce ceramic bowl but this time I received it in a six ounce paper cup. At that point I told my husband that this might the last visit we make to Panera for a while. As we were heading back to the table to eat the manager that took our order intercepted me and handed me half a PB and J for my very picky daughter. He was understanding of my limited budget/picky child plight. I thanked him and we ate our meal. I think if it had not been for the attentive manager I would have decided then and there not to eat at Panera again just due to the high price versus small portion issue. This is suppose to be a fast casual restaurant not a fine dining establishment and their prices should reflect that.

I placed my order… The cashier took my money and then went on with her conversation with another employee. I stood there, I guess looking stupid at her, then I gave up and went to the next cashier who got my pecan twist which was right next to the first cashier. It is too bad their personal life is more important than customer service.

While they might lack soy milk for their coffees both hot and iced, Panera Bread does dish up some pretty sweet dining options if you don’t eat meat! The broccoli cheese soup, alas, is not among them(chicken broth, of course) but the tomato soup that is offers a nicely creamy/savoury bowlful of tastiness, especially when paired with one of their filling sandwiches or beyond-iceberg-lettuce salads for a quick but satisfying lunch. The Six Forks location has a nice seating area with big windows and WiFi, so if you’re into lingering I recommend adding the pastry-with-meal deal they have going on, especially if you go for the coffee cake. Of course, being that it’s a chain, there’s the added plus that when you’re on the road and looking for a meatless meal that will fill you up, if you see a Panera Bread you’re in business!

Panera is-without question– one of my favorite places to eat more then one meal. I like it for breakfast and for lunch– if I want a quick dinner I will eat at Panera again. The cinnamon crunch bagel is so bad for you, yet so good. The pick 2 menu is great! What isn’t so great about this location is sometimes the parking lot is a nightmare. And what I don’t like about the inside is there should be ropes with one line. I can never decide which register will be faster, and people who come in behind me sometimes get service before me because of this. I wish they would put up those ropes to «direct traffic». I know once I was sitting outside with my daughter and we were panhandled which I did not enjoy. Panera is a happening place– certainly for the food if nothing else.

This is one of the better Panera Bread locations I’ve visited in the RDU area. Located across Lassiter Mill from North Hills, this place is ALWAYS hoppin’. Parking spots near Panera are usually at a premium, and backing in/out always seems like an accident waiting to happen. You’ll find the same menu here as at other Paneras; however, the ordering line organization here is MUCH better. This location also has free WiFi and plentiful seating, inside and out. Great place for Sunday morning breakfast if you don’t feel like cooking. I recommend the bacon/egg/cheese on ciabatta and their hazelnut coffee. YUM.
