Terrible customer service. The employees need more training and need to inform their customers about their products and the possibility of not getting what you ordered. Purchased something online in the store with an employee and was told it would arrive by a certain date. The date came and I had to call to see if it was in. I was then told my order had been canceled because they ran out of it at the warehouse. Where was my email or phone call telling me not only would it not be in on time but I wouldn’t even get it at all?! When I called, the woman wasn’t very helpful and didn’t seem to care about it. Will never shop there again.
