Every time I have come to this Starbucks I got nothing less then great customer service. I am more of a at work coffee drinker and cannot tell you the difference in coffees at a shop. I normally get a caramel Frappé I had it once and I’ve been addicted. Today I wanted to see if it was anything else comparable or better, feeling adventurous. Phylicia, helped me at the window and I felt so bad because I really wanted something different but I had to keep asking her questions about the different options. I know she hated me but she did not treat me any different which was awesome. With all that I put her through, when I finished ordering I realized I did not have my card on me and no cash. I was so embarrassed. I told her to cancel. She then refused and Rolf me to come to the window, when I did she has a venti Frappé for me and said she has done the same thing several times and to not be embarrassed. She and the staff were so nice and great for still accommodating me. On top of it the drink was delicious!!!

Stopped on the way to airport. Drive thru was quick and they have soy or coconut milk. Latte much needed and friendly service. Not being a huge SB fan, they do come in handy when needing a quick cup of coffee.

Dirty… Just a dirty little Starbucks like a gas station on the side of the road. Makes me regret paying one dollar if I cant even get a clean place to sit down it.

Not pleased with this location, teaches me to check my order before leaving the store. I was giving the wrong coffee ones, second time, they totally slipped /forgot my order. Sat and waited while people were getting theirs that came after me. Today i wanna to try the new coffee… Half way to work I realize that was bitter! Offered no sugar. Not a happy customer.

A barista named William completely forgot to let the other Baristas to even MAKE my coffee. After waiting nearly 10 minutes, and several peopled who ordered after me getting their coffees, I asked what had happened. What’s worse is the barista who took my order(or any other worker in the store) never even asked me once since I’d been standing forever what I needed and if everything was alright. Then after they finally made the coffee, they got my order wrong and the manager gave ME attitude for it. NEVER going here again. Terrible service and so rude.

Stopped by for my birthday perk. Starbucks has a rewards program that rewards you with a free item on your birthday. I always get the biggest aka venti size to celebrate. Today I went thru the drive thru(very convenient and fast but too fast as I did not get a straw with my drink). The Caramel Frappuccino was prepared to my liking but was a bit messy with caramel all on outside of cup sticking to my fingers. Wish I asked for more napkins. All in all, Starbucks nationwide will always see me near my birthday as this is a tradition of mine. Thanks Starbucks!

In my experience the baristas have been friendly and if my drink needs an extra shot of classic– they seem happy to fix it up! I wish there was more indoor seating though! I love to get cozy and read while I sip my pricey but REALLY delicious coffee.

Very busy, but the baristas got me in & out quickly. I purchased two Tevana tea canisters & a grande skinny caramel macchiato. I really think that was the best caramel macchiato I’ve ever had! The taste was perfect. Baristas are extremely friendly. Plenty of seating inside. Parking is limited, as they share space with several other businesses. This location has a drive-thru, very convenient!

This location just opened two weeks ago. This one has more of a wood and brick look to it. Everything looks new and it was clean. The staff was friendly and really fast getting my drink ready. It has an average amount of seating for a Starbucks with a patio out front. It has a large conference table along the wall which is nice for those with laptops or larger groups. They are in the process of getting the wifi working correctly right now, but there is another company nearby with wifi that will do until then.
