The worst subway I’ve ever been to. I am a subway employe. I ordered a flatizza and they did not follow any procedure what so ever. The just threw everything on it. Then I ordered, 2 foot longs and one six inch, they put 3 tomatoes on the footlong and 5 on the six inch, then the lady put a stack of 5 cucumbers in one spot. She completely destroyed my bread and then threw it in the wrapper and spilled the contents. Over all, it was a horrible experience!!! I will never go there again!

I have been wanting Subway for a long time and so I was excited when my husband surprised me by taking me to this one. I was even more surprised at the poor service and quality of food. It wasn’t hard to order aside from the woman could barely speak English. Then when we got to the window and was handed our sandwiches she couldn’t understand CHEETOES! She brought me every bag of chips other then that. Finally another employee had to come and ask me what I needed and I finally got it. When I unwrapped my sandwich I was highly disappointed, it was crushed on one side and was made super sloppy. Hardly any toppings on it either and then I opened my husbands sandwich to find it was made the same sloppy way! And it too was crushed! If we didn’t already need to be heading home I would have had him turn the car around and ask for a refund, and yes it was THAT bad. I don’t understand why either, they didn’t have a lot of customers in the store and only one other car behind us. I would rather wait a little longer for a good quality sandwich then wait a long time for a poorly made one. Needless to say I’m glad I was only in this town for today and won’t need to go back to this subway again. There are plenty of other locations for subways and many, MANY better choices then this one.

I have had numerous problems at this restaurant ordering breakfast at the drive through. Now, I know that sometimes mistakes are made, but at this restaurant, they make a mistake, I call them to let them know and give them a chance to correct it, and the DON’T CARE! I tried to order a Western Egg & Cheese sandwich in English muffin w/egg white. When I got to work, it had egg yellow(not whites), no onion, no pepper, and no ham! So, I called and they said, «We’ll get the manager to call you when he comes in.» Well, he must never work because I have yet to hear from him. So, I stopped by there to ask for a correctly made sandwich only to be told, «Oh. We never carry egg white.» This is totally wrong because I have ordered it there successfully in the past. So, I ask them why they don’t remove it from the menus if they ‘never carry it’ and got a blank stare from the staff. Lastly, they make me a new sandwich(still w/no egg white because I guess they never carry it!) and I get ready to leave and they actually want me to PAY for it again. So, I offer to either 1) have it for free or 2) leave it on the counter. After calling the manager(the same guy who never called me I guess because he never works) they say, «Well, you can have it free this time.» Well, that will be the LASTTIME I have something at this restaurant. I don’t have time to be treated like crap at a restaurant when there are 20 other Subway’s around the corner. I definitely won’t be back at this one!
