Supreme Carpet Care

DO NOT USE!!! They never showed up for the Aug 20^th appointment. I have left 6 voice mails and 2 email messages for NO ANSWER. Unfortunately, I did not go through Living Social but through TWONGO… DO NOT USE THEM EITHER!!! No one at Twongo has responded to my numerous complaints and I am out $ 69. I am assuming Supreme Carpet Care has pocketed several thousand of these $ 69 deals and are now long gone…

Purchased a voucher on LivingSocial for these guys. Seemed like a great deal — 4 room for $ 69!
I purchased on August 13^th (Tues.), and on the 14^th (Wed.), received an email that my voucher was ready. I immediately called them at about 1pm to book the appointment, but got their voicemail. I left a message, but never heard back from them. So again I called on the 16^th (Fri.) at about 11am, but no one answered. I left a second message. On Saturday, I called at 9am and again at 2:30pm, still no answers. I left messages both times. Then on Monday, I tried again at about 10am, but had to leave YET ANOTHER message!
I was getting pretty annoyed by this point, but I tried for two more days unsuccessfully to reach them, either through their website or by phone.
So, I finally requested a refund from LivingSocial, who quickly and graciously refunded me the full amount.
I don’t know what’s up with this company, but they have obviously got a big problem. In short, DO NOT USE this company!
–(Side note)–
After requesting the refund, I did a quick Google search and found another service called Dave’s Carpet Cleaning here in Durham, who (although he charged a little more) was able to come out THE NEXT DAY and clean my carpets quickly and professionally.

We had our carpets cleaned from Supreme Carpet Care 2 days ago. Not only did they show up late with no phone call, our carpets are still wet, 60 HOURS later. They have not returned multiple phone calls made over the last 3 days. We have had to schedule another carpet cleaning with a company we have used before and know will do a great job, as our carpets are starting to smell musty. Very disappointed in this company, and will not be doing further business with them. .. ever. Waste of money and time.
