Well, I never got very far with this company. I called regarding a rental, someone answered the phone and said «thank you for holding, how may I direct your call» so I told her I was calling regarding a rental located at … — she put me on hold and that was that. She never came back. When I called back after 5 minutes on hold (my cellphone timed the call, of course) I got a general voice mail telling me that «all leasing assistants are busy» — but if I dialed «0», I could leave a message in their mass mailbox. Of course, upon entering «0», I got another message saying their mailbox was full, but if I had an extension number, I could enter it and leave a message in that mailbox. Um — methinks NOT. If they are this disorganized and RUDE about available rentals where a potential tenant gets the runaround, I can only imagine what actually renting from them is like. The unusually cheap rent is akin to dealing with scammers on Craigslist. I have no intentions of ever calling them again.

This place is cheap, yes, but the company is AWFUL. My roommate and I moved in 2 weeks ago and we have not a decent apartment yet. When we moved in the maintenance guy said that the stove was a fire hazard and needed to be replaced. Well that hasn’t happened yet. They sent someone to clean it (she showed up 2 days late) and it looks slightly better but still not safe. No one has come to fix the drawer on the bottom and the burners are falling through the holes. We also don’t have a handle on the front so we cant safely open the oven. When we first moved in, we had cold water. After a week of heckling them everyday they finally sent someone to fix the hot water heater. Surprise, surprise, it still didn’t work. After bugging them for 2 more days we finally got a new hot water heater. I went over a week with no water and 2 weeks without a decent stove that isn’t a fire hazard. once our lease is up, we WILL be moving. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!
