My visit to this place was very interesting… If I was rating the man’s customer service attitude, his willingness to help as well as what they to offer I would give him 5 Stars. But, unfortunately I got stuck having to deal with the woman too and she deserves 1 star. She was extremely rude. If I go back I will wait for the man to help me as I would rather wait than have to deal with her again. he is just wonderful. Unlike her– Completely opposite experiences.

Today marked my second visit to this location. No complaints thus far on product services – packages get to where they are suppose to go. Customer service is mediocre at best. Blair is great – very attentive and enthusiastic but that’s it: other employees do not acknowledge you when you walk in. It’s almost as though they think they’re doing me a favor. I plan to take my UPS related business elsewhere.
