My experience, in total, with Universal Cleaning Services exceeded my every expectation. The entire experience felt like a friend/​sister was helping me to move into my new home.
From the detailed intake to fully understand my needs, through the thorough and meticulous deep cleaning I received; I am now a lifelong customer.
The cleaning women worked fastidiously and meticulously and were able to accommodate my chemical sensitivity needs, all without «additional nebulous surcharges.»
The girls were easy to communicate with and had pleasant demeanors… I didn’t feel uneasy leaving my home while they worked… I usually don’t do that.
There was no «deodorizer or chemical or bleach smell» left behind. Just a well cleaned home. Also they were able to accommodate my tight time schedule.
Marlena, the owner, re-​arranged the workflow schedule in order to give me a nice full day allocated to my needs. This was a bonus as I didn’t feel «squeezed in» or rushed.

I have used Universal Cleaning for several years and can highly recommend their services both for house cleaning and carpet cleaning. Most recently I had a situation come up where I needed to get my house cleaned thoroughly at the last minute. I called John and explained what was going on and he asked if I could give him a few minutes to check the schedule. Right away they had the ladies scheduled the next day to come in for a thorough and I do mean thorough cleaning. The house is shining. Their customer service is excellent. I talked to Marlena the night before the ladies came and told her what areas of the house were my priorities and that’s what they focused on. They did ask how long I wanted to schedule. What I did appreciate was that when the ladies where at the end of that scheduled time there were still a few things that needed to be done. Rather than assuming that I was ok with them just continuing, Marlena called to confirm that I wanted them to stay and finish. I really appreciated that. When I need a cleaning service, they are on speed dial.
