Value Place

I reserved my room 2 weeks in advance and specifically called to request a particular room type. Upon check in, I was told rooms are first come first served and the room I requested was not available. The reservations are on a 7 day reserve rate and additional days can be added. The first floor is available for a higher rate then what is advertise and the forth floor is for smokers only. Even though I am on the third floor I can still smell the smoke from the forth floor in my room and out in the hallway. You know what they say about second hand smoke. My room was very clean and very accommodating for my everyday needs. I find it asinine to charge for internet connection, but I guess to say you are the cheapest rate in the market you have to nickle and dime everything once they have you hooked.

This is an upgraded Value Place. It is very clean. The furnishings are upgraded, example: flat screen TV. The staff is absolutely fabulous. The location is excellent! Triangle Town Center is nearby, along with every other business you may need.
