The pharmacy is the worst ever! We kept going because they are close to our house but they put us over the end yesterday. The woman in the drive-​thru was so rude, unprofessional and even argumentative. We Are transferring everything to Falls Pharmacy and I can’t wait!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a pharmacy. I had to pick up medications prior to a trip. The line was crazy long and the pharmacist was rude. Didn’t want to take the time to answer questions and was short. If she does not care about people she should find another profession. I used to go to this pharmacy as it was on my way home from work but now I am changing to a pharmacy that cares. I will pay for sincerity and caring in my medical a concerns.

Inside the store is great, however the drive thru pharmacy is the worst in Raleigh. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes for your prescription, even if you’re the first in line.

The reason why I would go to Walgreens is because they have great pharmacy staffing. They are very friendly and will come behind the counter to offer help. As far as other things, I went into the store looking for some first aid supplies, and then I turned around. The prices for some items are way higher than WalMart or Family Dollar. So if you are going for something you need advice on, go to Walgreens.

Walgreens is a chain, but it’s one of the best as far as drug stores go. However, this particular location is difficult to get in and out of so I won’t be frequenting this spot very often. This location is at an awkward intersection on Wake Forest Rd, and then it’s a bit hard to get into the store’s parking lot. Walgreens is situated at the front of a shopping area which includes a Food Lion.
