We thought we needed tire balancing, an oil change and a state inspection. Turns out we needed 3 new tires, an expensive catalytic converter replacement, an alignment, and the inspection. They helped us with what we could fix then and explained everything very well. We will return

Don’t bother making an appointment and waiting if you go to the one on the wake forest road. I will not go there again. Waited for 1.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.

My Dad’s car had a small tire issue, the valve stem was leaking. I took it over here and they fixed it right away. The staff here is excellent. My folks get all their tires here and the manager knows them and takes good care of them.

I have taken two cars to this location over the years because you can get in and out quickly. Oil changes, tire rotations, brake service and general maintenance has been the bulk of these visits. However, my last visit turned me off and they lost a long time customer.
My tire rotation was done improperly and I had to take it back which was a major pain in the ass. They also installed a new alternator which was faulty and had to replaced while I was out of town on vacation. They paid for the tow and $ 40 of labor which I thought was weak.
Auto maintenance is all about trust and if you read this I advise you think twice before taking your car to this place.

I called up in the middle of a busy Saturday afternoon, Antoine (one of their CSR’s and mechanics) answered my question told me to swing on by– he looked at my door panel helped me remove it, explained to me the problem, instructed me how to fix it, shook my hand and thanked me for coming by. He couldn’t have been more professional, helpful, I am very thankful and impressed– I’ll be back for service on my vehicles at this Firestone thanks to him.

Firestone has been taking care of mine and my husband’s cars for years. We moved close to this location about a year ago and were happy to find they have the same great service as the other location we were using. It was great that they also have all our records on file since we move around a lot. best way to get great service is make an appointment ahead of time and making it to your appointment on time :)
