I arrived at the restaurant around 11:45AM, and got seated promptly. I waited for about half an hour and no one came to my table to take any kind of beverage or food order. I asked the person who sat me about getting someone to come over to my table around 12:10 pm. No one came and needless to say I left at 12:30 p.m. Poor customer service.

Our servers name was Latoya, she seemed very nice but as the meal went on, we realized that she was there more so to socialize at the bar than serve us. They put us in a tiny booth meant for 4 people but barely fit the 3 of us. When we asked to move, another server told us we could move to a table but we couldn’t move out of Latoya’s section. So we stayed at the uncomfortable table. Appetizers tasted good, our margaritas were good but came in a very small glass for $ 12, kind of a rip off. When our entrees finally arrived, the food runner passed out the plates instead of placing them in front of us. Before she handed me my plate. she said it was«Very hot» which only means one thing. the plate had been sitting under the heating lamp for far too long and you could clearly tell by how dried out the chicken was. Not only did she burn her hand, but I burnt mine and had to drop the plate on the table. By the time our second round of drinks made it to the table, we were basically done eating. Not to mention every time we asked Latoya for something, she would say it’s going to charge us extra and she didn’t know how much because«the computer just does it». .49 cents for some Jack Daniels sauce. ridiculous. They also poured a Sam Adams Rebel IPA in a Boston Lager glass. so apparently the bartenders don’t know what they’re doing either. Staff is pretty much terrible, won’t be coming back here.

My family and I love TGI Friday’s. We have always had pretty good experiences there. We are also one of their STRIPES members so we receive coupon specials and earn points for free food. The food is good and so is the atmosphere and most of the staff that has served us. And even on Saturday nights, after 10pm they bring in a DJ to play music and have a little dance floor area. Sometimes it is so busy, that I can understand the staff’s overwhelming demeanor, still all in all great place to eat, watch sports, and hang with family or friends. Our family goes here at least 5 times per year.

This place was a nightmare ! We entered and there wasnt a host so we waited around and a waiter seated us. There were only 2 other familys eating at about 4pm so we figured we get our food quickly. NOPE, it took 20 minutes for our appetizer to show up. Our waiter never made eye contact and had no idea about anything on the menu. the family next to us left and their dirty dishes sat there the entire time we were there. i was skeeved out because this place was dirty. Our food comes i ordered bruchetta chicken pasta it came in a red sauce which ive never seen before. i ordered breadsticks and they were burnt to a crisp and then i realized there was no chicken or cheese what so ever in my dish. i let the waiter know and he laughed and said he knew it didnt look right when he brought it out to me! wow ! He takes my dish to the kitchen to add chicken i bit into it and the chicken was not even cooked ! It was cold and rubbery ! Then he says hell bring me a refill instead of taking my cup and refilling my drink or bringing out a pitcher he brought a watered down half empty cup of coke and starts pooring it in my watered down coke. My husband ordered chixken and shrimp he says it was good but they also added red sauce to his shrimp which weve never seen before beacuse weve ordered the same food at other fridays. It was just a terrible experince

I wanted to not like this place. I’ve always had the impression that this was typical chain restaurant food. But to be honest they have a really large selection on their menu, the prices are decent, and it actually was pretty good! I went for a business lunch, and the service was excellent, the waiter was really friendly and didn’t get any orders wrong. The only knock against it was it seems a bit dirty inside, the chairs were sticky, and the floor looked like it could use a good scrubbing. But I think I will be back, I’d like to go there and try their dinner entrees next time.

I don’t want to be too harsh because there were some good point about our visit to this establishment. First, a tip of the hat to Josh who was waiting at least four to five tables and cleaning up at the same time. despite this fact, he was very pleasant and responsive to our requests. The manager on site brought our food as well the food at another table. That’s not something that is seen frequently and I thought it was worthy of recognition. Also, the steaks we ordered we cooked correctly and were very tender. That’s the good. The issue is cleanliness. The table wasn’t cleaned properly. Also, the fork and knife that were at our table still had food on them. One of the small plates that was set there also had food bits on them. Please bear in mind that these were items that were previously placed and supposed to be verified as clean. Cleanliness is a big deal in dining, and as such, these issues should be remedied as soon as practical. Again, the visit wasn’t 100 percent negative, but dirty dining utensils, plates and tables is a big minus to the overall experience.

Very poor customer service. Expect to wait 30 mins if business is slow, don’t even bother if it is a weekend. We arrived and waited about an hour for the endless apps to start, despite a half empty restaurant. Will not be returning

My first time here came with my husband for the endless apps and I will never come back first thing the endless apps aren’t really endless and if you share them they will charge you for it !!! The nerve and you aren’t allowed to take it home if you don’t finish it !! The waitress was horrible not sure if she was new or didn’t feel like working she rarely came to see if we were ok and we had to ask for refills, ice and napkins don’t the drinks come with ice or maybe not on Thursdays then she came and asked if we wanted separate checks !!! Not sure if that’s a new thing where couples pay separate I’m thinking to myself –moron !! Then we were charged twice for what we thought was a 10 endless app BUT the manager did come over and fix our check but she did not receive a tip too many issues with her service we WILLNEVER return to this location ! Please don’t waste your time !!

I wish that I could have given Zero stars. Went there for lunch with a few coworkers and the place and service was horrible. The staff was unprofessional all gathered in a bunch talking about people and looked very sloppy. The place was extremely dark and the service was slow especially since my coworkers were having the endless appetizers. I would never ever go to this place again in my life due to social demographics. They need to close it and rebuild

Consistently disappointing. I’ve tried this place 3 – 4 times over the last 6 – 8 months, thinking maybe I just hit them on a bad night(and it is conveniently located to where I work), but my last visit was my last visit. Service is usually just OK(often waiting longer than seems reasonable), but the food is consistently bad, mostly because virtually everything is always severely over-cooked, to the point where the edges of my burger were more charcoal than meat, and the entire patty was dry and tough. Lastly, cleanliness of restaurant is not great, but restrooms are always horrible to the point where I won’t even consider going in there to wash my hands. Skip this place; Hooters is across the street and Carolina Ale House is close by; much better choices.

I Thought It Was Just Me But I See Not. The first time I went with my gf, there were two or three ppl pushing each other to whom would serve us. So we left. Second time not much to deal with since we ordered at the bar. the food was great but would never Dine in

I would give this establishment 0 stars if I could. They have no regard for customer service and should not be allowed to serve food to the general public.

HORRIBLE!!! Not only is this place unacceptably dirty, but the service was awful! We took my mom for her birthday and it was a disaster from the moment we walked in. Torn seats in the booth, filthy walls, bathroom disgusting and the servers had no personality. Our food orders got messed up, and even a manager came over to talk to us. After 2 hours of a horrible lack of meal, no apology and no discount. Bypass this place and hit up Bahama Breeze down the road. you will NOT be disappointed there… this place was gross!

The service I had today was completely terrible! Took forever to get our appetizers and our entrées. Also my steak was over cooked and the spinach was very bland. Also I had to wait over 15 minutes for my refill. For the bill to be over $ 100 not including the tip the service should have been a lot better. But all I know is that I will not be coming back to this restaurant ever again!

I’ve been to many TGI Friday’s and this one is by far the worst. First of all it was dark and dingy it smelled very musty once we went into the restaurant we decided to sit at the bar and drink a beer before having dinner. When my beer arrived it was skunked I told the bartender and he seems like he didn’t really care so I tried another one from a different tap that one was bad as well so I had a bottled beer which was nice but what’s my ticket arrived both drafts and the bottle beer was on the ticket it it took around 25 minutes to get it fixed. Anyway the meal was very below par the ribs I had was overdone besides were over season. Had a bunch Young adults in the restaurant making noise making other customers as well as us uncomfortable so we went ahead and paid the tab and left. It is 100% facts that we will not ever be returning to this dive again.

I arrived at the restaurant about 8:50PM @TGIFridays. I asked the hostess for a menu, and the hostess said that I could take it to the bar with me. I stated that I just wanted to look at the bar for a minute first. The hostess said that I could order at the bar, or she could give me a table if I wanted. I was wondering why she was pushing me to the bar. I stated that I wanted to sit at the table. After I was seated the hostess came back and took my drink order, and then brought my drink. I sat there wondering who would be my server. I noticed the table next to me, they had a server, and she visited their table twice already, but nobody came to me. After the server visited the table next to me, on the third visit she stopped at my table and said«Are you ready to order?» That was about 5 minutes after I was sitting there. I had honestly considered walking out I was sitting there for so long without being acknowledged. The server could have said I would be with you in a minute, but she just walked past me like I didn’t matter a couple of times. I didn’t even get any sort of greeting from the server, it was just, «Are you ready to order?» I only came for dessert, so when they server dropped off the dessert, she didn’t ask if I wanted anything else, or show any concern. The next time the server stopped, I was done, and had been sitting there for a couple of minutes just waiting for the check. Even after she dropped off the check it took several minutes for her to come by and pick it up. I am not sure what sort of bad day the server had been having, but she looked like she was in a bad mood, and was reflecting it in her service, not unless that is always how she is. There was no care or concern for me as a customer. As far as the food, the dessert was tasty. It had a nice enjoyable flavor. The problem was that the service ruined the dessert experience.

The beginning to a beautiful night, or so… One of my bestfriends and i decided that we wanted to go out for drinks before we headed out to the glenwood south area. we came on a saturday night, as we drove up we noticed that the parking lot was somewhat packed but we found a great parking spot. As we walked out the car and got a litle closer to the building we could hear loud music blasting as we walked up the sidewalk to the door way… i was surprised(and a little confused) to see a bouncer…“should i be concerned” i thought to myself. as we entered the building, the music grew louder. As we waited for the hostess to seat us, i peeped around the corner and there were people just standing around everywhere! spilled drinks and sticky substances all over the floor. as out hostess guided us to out table i took in the scenery a little more, and there were more and more people just standing around drunkingly(I know that’s not a word, but hey. it’s my review) dazed listening to the music blasting from the Dj booth that was behind the bar. we were seated and informed that our server would arrive shortly, and he was true to his word. Our server adorned with a huge smile graciously greeted us and informed of the nights specials. we were just there for appetizers and cocktails. So we ordered… The Mac & Cheese bites– They were AMAZING!!! perfect amount of cheese to bread crumb ratio and deep fried perfectly! The Meatballs– The tomato sauce was pretty good(Not AMAZING, but good) seasoned well, but probably wouldn’t ask for it again. and i believe it was Teriyaki Chicken(or Pork) Skewers… Whatever it was, it was pretty tasty. — the sauce was really nice, with a good amount of sweet and sour. The service was actually amazing, i don’t remember our servers name but he was great! food was amazing, but the music was way to loud, the restrooms were disgusting and the floors were very dirty and covered in spilled alcohol and whatever else… ewww. honestly i don’t think i will be back to this location on a Saturday night… or any other night. but i may return in a afternoon setting so that i am able to enjoy my company(and have a decent conversation without trying to read lips)

Those paragons of extreme eating, Romin B and Kuanyu C, thought it’d be a good idea to eat the life out of TGI Fridays’ $ 10 all-you-can-eat apps deal. It sounded in every way like a terrible plan, especially coming out of an establishment like TGIF, never known for serving high quality food. The idea here is anyone could order any appetizer as many times as necessary to either fill up or induce gastrointestinal distress, and a table of six could order one appetizer each and share around to try all TGIF’s horrifying creations. For this deal to work, and for appetizers to be this cheap, some of the following must be true: a) cheap ingredients b) sudden and unexplained lack of app availability c) filler d) filler, filler e) filler, filler, filler Cheap ingredients are a given. The first thing that becomes obvious when these apps are served is that you’re getting a stunning amount of flour and milk products and little otherwise. Sit back and look at the list — mozzarella sticks(cheese product and breading), bruschetta(tomatoes, bread), boneless wings(chicken, hopefully, breading and ranch), spinach dip(chips and cream-based dip), potstickers(chicken, hopefully, in a dough wrapping), fried green beans(green beans, a crapton of batter, ranch). The first set of boneless wings were apparently little bits of flour with nothing inside them and had to be replaced by the kitchen; the later plates didn’t improve much. The bruschetta featured squishy bread and watery, tasteless tomatoes but at least had a slight taste of basil and balsamic. The dip certainly looked like it had spinach but barely tasted like it. I skinned a green bean and, comparing the bean in one hand and its breading in the other, found the bean wanting some additional heft against its coating. The most reasonable of these was the potstickers, which of course were the one app that disappeared on us after two plates at 6pm in the afternoon. Ken was able to switch to another app, so he didn’t have to double up on $ 10 charges against the A-Y-C-E premise. The mozzarella sticks had the strangest physical property — they’d stretch like a proper stick for three seconds on the table, when still piping hot, then hit a curdling point and turned into ill-defined lumps of milky gloop. Ken ate the crap out of them anyway. Look, we filled up. At least one of us might have gotten food poisoning. All of us needed naps. Satisfying? Not particularly. But at least we can notch this culinary adventure on our unholy belt of edible horrors.

I’ve been a Fridays employee and loyal customer for over 10 years. Hands down the worst service and mediocre food(over 50 Fridays eaten at) I’ve ever been exposed to. I have no words other than to say shut it down until corporate does a massive overhaul–

I really, really, really dislike chains like TGI Fridays. I honestly would never pick this place out myself, but I was picking up lunch for a business conference group, and they chose TGI Fridays, so what’s a girl to do but to accommodate. I, of course, added myself some lunch, but since there was nothing on the menu all that impressive, I chose the french onion soup and a side salad. My issue with TGI Fridays, especially this location, is that the folks who work there don’t even seem like they want to be there in the first place. Gone are the days where all of the TGI Fridays’ servers wore a ton of flair and wanted to charm your pants off.(Not that I love that, but it’s better than a glorified Burger King). Most of the food ordered at TGIF has the frozen and reheated taste and look to it. I haven’t ever had anything that made me want to order it again, and that is my gauge for a great restaurant. I am giving this review an additional star due to the fact that the bartender was very effecient, had the order on time, and it was all there, and all correct. By the way, at noon on a weekday, you could hear crickets where the place was so dead. I’m surprised this place is still around.
