Always friendly and knowledgeable. Have the parts I need at a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone who needs repairs.

My first visit since they moved from Capital Blvd to this location a few years ago — which means I haven’t had any computer issues in some time. So when the trusty laptop crashed, I took it to Warp. I got a few phone calls within the 1st hour of bringing it in asking if it was ok to try a few hopefully simple tasks to see if they could resolve the problem. Regretfully it didn’t and a more complete effort was needed to solve the problem. I was quoted an exact fee over the phone to repair the problem. They said that the laptop would be ready in two days, and it was ready as promised. My only slightly negative comment was I would have appreciated more details when I picked up my laptop on what was the problem instead of saying«we did a complete wipe and reload.»

I had dropped my three year old HP Probook an cracked the case. The cost for repair was going to be $ 180, and I had other issue being it was three years old. Bob Monaghan help me to select an refurbished HP Pavilion same size screen and keyboard, twice as fast processor and 50% larger harddrive for $ 360 including tax. I will be back for other purchases and repair. And yes they did the data transfer the same day when I brought it in the morning,

They had the parts I needed for my laptop and they were very helpful when it came to any questions I had about my machine.
