They are slowwww at lunch time. And it’s hot in here and the cooks are sweating. Normally I like which which but not this location

great little sandwich shop! very similar to subway, but more unique options. I went here while visiting the area & the staff was very helpful. noticing that we had no idea what were doing, they showed us how to order. based on the lunchtime crowd which wich appears to be a local favorite. the service was fast & food was good.

If you go in to order, the sandwiches are good, as are the salads(they call them ‘bowls’). I’m honestly a fan of the food. A big fan. Where things break down is in their attention to detail when you order online. Two years ago I stopped going because they were *consistently* missing items on my sandwiches. In one instance, I had ordered a Tomato & Avocado sandwich and they forgot to add the tomato and avocado. wut. When I went back to have it remedied, one of the employees was rude about my order getting bumped up in the line(since they were fixing a mistake) and then they got something screwed up in the system and they ended up making me a bowl rather than a sandwich, which they again had to correct. Anyway, that was two years ago. Recently I decided that maybe there had been enough turn over to give them another try. I went in person and it was not clear whether one was supposed to fill out their bag in line or fill out their bag and then go to the back of the line. I did the latter, but then saw people doing the former and it felt like people were breaking in line, although it was probably that I didn’t understand in the first place what the acceptable behavior here was. ANYWAYWHATEVER, ITWASAWKWARD. The bowl they made was fine except I paid extra at the counter for egg and they were out of eggs — but the girl taking orders didn’t know this. I had to overhear the sandwich makers mention it to each other after I had ordered so then I had to go up to them to ask about it. They did allow me to make a substitution for more of another item since I didn’t want to go to the trouble of getting my dollar back from the eggs that weren’t there. Then today, I tried placing an order online again for the first time in 2 years. It was a bowl, so when I went to pick it up, I could see into it and see that they had failed to include 3 of the items I asked for. I was able to remedy this at pickup, but if it had been a sandwich, I’d have to stand there and unwrap it and check. Or get back to work and be like«WHEREAREMYCROUTONS» and then everyone would be like«WHYDIDYOUASKFORCROUTONSON A SANDWICH, ITISONEBIGCROUTON.» Anyway, that’s my feedback. Read the order.

Not a fan of this place. Their«BBQ pork» sandwich is basically ham cold cuts with sour pickles. Tasted terrible. I was a little amazed at how bad it was. Not a fan of the cheesy ordering system either, as it just seems to slow things down. The last thing I want to do right before I’m about to eat is touch a bunch of magic markers that have been through the hands of 100’s of children(And adults). It’s gross. Overall, it’s very overpriced for what’s on offer. I hope the one near me goes out of business, and a firehouse or something moves in so I can get a decent sub.

It was our first stop at a which wich. Kids loved filling out their own order. Everyone got something they liked. Desiree was very helpful in educating us. Nice outdoor seating area. We would stop here again.

My Co-workers and I had a rep lunch placed with Which Wich. We called in our order and the rep picked it up. They had an oreo milkshake written on one of the brown bags, but didn’t give her the milkshake. They forgot two orders of chips, and then to top it all off, me and both of my coworkers were down with a severe upset stomach last night and today. I’m not saying it’s food poisoning, but something didn’t agree with all three of us. I don’t think I will be going back there after this experience.

I bought an on line gift card on 2÷1÷15 for a birthday gift. After many attempts my friend got it to print and took it to the store. They scanned the bar code and manually entered it. They told her the code was invalid. I talked to corporate and they resent my friend the email. This time the gift card will not print. I have called corporate several times and do not get a return call or email. This is such poor service, I find it unbelievable.

I have always hated Quiznos subs. Oh goodie, you take a usual sandwich and throw it in the toaster, big deal! This was the same thought process I had when I heard that Which Wich toasts their subs. However, I went in and was very happy to say that I did. Which Wich has an ordering system that is, I like to call, organized chaos. If you don’t know what you’re doing, it could be confusing, but with a little know how, it can’t be beat. All sammies are diviied up into 8 categories(ham, turkey, roast beef), with brown bags for each. Grab a brown bag and on the back you’ll find a list of options, which pretty much range from the normal to the unheard of! I get spinach, heck I get cucumbers, but craisins and walnuts? You mark down what you want, hand the cashier the completed bag, which is then paid for and started. I like that you write down what you want beforehand, so there’s no confusion or hold up. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve stood in line behind an indecisive individual who can’t decide if they want pickles or not! You can watch your lunch being made, along with watching homemade cookies getting baked and milkshakes being churned. They call out your name when it’s ready and off you go! I have tried both hot and cold, and I have to recommend going with hot sammies. The bread gets just enough crunch but is still chewy inside. So good! Also, I get vegetarian so I’m not sure if it’s different with each, but I appreciate the fact that I can add so much without paying extra. If I want hummus or up to two kinds of cheeses, I can do so, all for free! So many places will nickel and dime you for so much as two extra pieces of turkey, so I appreciate that I can pack my sub to my hearts desire without worrying about being charged extra for every additional shred of lettuce or something. The only reason I don’t give it a 5 is because, during peak time, it gets very uncomfortable to stand and wait in there. It’s a very tiny shop so I feel sandwiched(pardon the pun) between everyone. Also, as I mentioned I’m a vegetarian, one particularly busy day, I ended up with a couple shreds of roast beef on my sub. I assumed they just didn’t clean the knife after cutting the sandwich ahead of mine or something, but still, that would be a concern if I had an allergy or something. I just avoid when it’s super busy so as to not have anything sloppy like that happen again. You can also order online, so you don’t have to wait! Good sandwiches made by friendly people, that will leave you full and won’t burn a hole into your wallet? Yep, I’m a fan.

OMG it was like making a sandwich of your dreams since they have so many options to choose from and customize. Loved how you can build your sandwich on a sandwich brown bag. Super creative! The sandwiches were spot on although got me confused with so many options. The breads were great and they don’t skimp on the filling. The service is quick though it can be a li’l pricey if you throw in some extras. Good for lunch or on the go.

Wow. What a sandwich. Stopped here on my way back from eye surgery. It’s in the same area as Guasaca, which I’ve been meaning to try out. But the parking was insane, so we went here instead. My wife and I rarely agree on sandwiches: She just has different tastes than I do. Since I was basically blind, I didn’t go in. She came back with two of the most satisfying sandwiches I’ve ever tasted. The bread was great, the sauce was great, and the fillings were plentiful. I can’t honestly give it five stars(More like 4.5) because a.) I was so hungry. b.) She ordered extras that might have thrown the taste out of balance. But everything was super on point. The first thing I tasted were sides of house chips she ordered. Perfectly thick chips, with salt and pepper applied liberally, and plenty of crunch. Man, they were great. Raves from both of us on the chips. She had the«Wicked» but added some extras. Salt and sweet balanced each other perfectly. The bacon bits were overloaded but delicious. Never thought I’d say«Too much bacon», but it really overpowered the sandwich. Then, she ordered the Monster for me, which was really excellent with the addition of avocado. The equivalent of 2 – 3 avocados ended up my sandwich. I regret nothing. So much there, though. We both stated, after the fact, that we haven’t had a sandwich that filling and satisfying in a very long time. Eat here. The bread is great, the fillings are generous, and you can chow down for days. However, it can be a bit pricey with any additions. Again, 4.5. I’ll have to try the sandwiches«as-is» before I can give it five. But if it’s anything close to what I experienced, then we’ll get there with ease. Way to go Which Wich. I’ll gladly drive several miles out of the way to come here.

Wich Wich sandwiches are much more tastier than Subway or Quiznos. I like this place because the lady who works here makes my sandwiches really well. I have stopped by here twice in a given day. If I am around here next time, I will definitely stop by. The service here is much better than the Wich Wich in Morrisville.

This place is one of the best sandwich shops I’ve been to. The ordering system is unique, you get a bag and write down what you want with a sharpie. You take it up and then get chips or whatever, pay, and you go sit down. I went with my family. We all got our sandwiches fast, except for my daughter. Her bag was left at the end of the line, forgotten. I got up and told one of the people. He finally noticed it and apoligized and made her sandwich. Except for that part, this place is great.

The paper bag ordering system is pretty good, but the food is just uninspired and too similar to other sub places. Would rather go to Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s.

Needing a break from visiting someone at Rex Hospital, I decided to try Which Wich(which I found while using the Unilocal app). Bright bold colors & graphics to the sandwich shop. For a first-timer though the order area has no directions. And if the signage had the price of the sandwiches, I never saw it. I did figure out the method of ordering and selected the meatball sub. It was ready with minimal waiting. I was impressed with the sandwich. Enjoyed the taste and really enjoyed that the meatballs were sliced to better fit the bread. I wouldn’t make a special trip from N Raleigh to specifically eat here, but if I am in the area I would make a return trip.

One of the only sandwich chains I like(I almost always order their French Dip). Employees at this location weren’t as friendly as I’m used to at the Holly Springs location, but my sandwich was still tasty. Limited seating for such a busy location so I recommend getting here before noon if you plan on dining in. Parking lot can probably be a nightmare at certain times– when I arrived around 11:30 it wasn’t bad, but when I left around 1:00, it was pretty packed.

This is one of those places that illustrates why my fiancé will never understand me. «Matt, what do you want to eat?» «Sandwiches.» “But you’ve had a sandwich the last three days…” «I fail to see the point you’re trying to make.» I’ll be honest — the only reason I tried this place is because it’s right next to Bottle Revolution, and I love me my beer. But after only one trip here, this has become my new favorite sandwich place. The sandwiches you can get here are endlessly customizable. There are ten broad«classifications» of sandwiches which you can embellish in any way you choose so that it fits your palate. To be perfectly frank, if you don’t like the sandwich you got, it’s your own damn fault. Ambiance, service, etc. are all pretty much the same as your basic sandwich shop. Nothing special there. But one of the things I love the most about this place is that you can customize your sandwich WITHOUT having to talk someone through every step. You check the box. They make it. That’s how it should be.

This place is OK but not something I am crazy about as far as quality of the food. The store was slammed when I arrived, which may have lead to my less than enjoyable experience. Atmosphere — Cramped, hectic, noisy, slightly confusing. Service — Present but nothing memorable Food — I had the chicken on wheat w/Iceberg, Spinach, Tomatoes, Pickles, Banana Peppers, Bell Peppers and Black Olives. This concoction was then slathered w/yellow mustard. While filling out the paper bag was fun the food was less enjoyable. I felt the meat was of a lower grade. No Boar’s Head here. The bread was of a commercial quality but not as bad as say a Blimpie’s. I also had a large iced tea that was fairly weak in flavor despite appearing to come from a concentrate. Overall — More novelty than quality… not sure which wich would get me to change my opinion.

Which Wich, where have you been all my life?! It took me a few minutes to get used to ordering with your bags and red Sharpie pens, but yeah — being the smart girl I am, I figured you out in no time. I love your different hot and cold sandwich choices to choose from as a base, and then all the many veggies, condiments and other adds to make you all mine. You are tastier than Subway and just plain better than Quizno’s. You have some cool tables inside and several on the patio for enjoying my Wich on a nice day. You are also dangerously close to the office, for those days when I actually go IN the office. You and I are going to be GREAT friends.

Totally intrigued by Adri who was intrigued by Barry, I wandered into Which Wich given the rumbling sounds coming out of my stomach. Bright, yellow and cheery, Which Wich is a sandwich shop chain based out of Texas with only one location, yeah this one, in NC. They’ve got a wide assortment of hot and cold sandwiches. Grab one of the ten types of bags for your sandwich, mark off the bread, cheese and toppings you want. Get your drink and chips while you pay at the counter and plunk your seat down in the nearest chair! They’ve got some communal newspapers to keep you busy while you wait.(And my bad for walking out with the Superbowl sports section today, whoops…) Which Wich was pretty busy for lunch and it took about 5 — 10 minutes for my meatball sandwich. Most sandwiches go through the oven, a la Quizno’s. The key to Which Wich is the bread! It reminds me a bit of Amoroso rolls which means crunchy on the outside, soft and light on the inside, dee-licious! The ingredients were pretty good and while there could have been more meat-a-ballas, there was more than enough. My guess is that their wich’s are about 8″ so certainly not as filling as Subway but a bit more than the regular at Quizno’s. So like Adri and Barry, I really liked Which Wich! Really, tasty sandwiches due to that great bread with just about the right size for lunch. You won’t get super-filled up and prices may be a touch higher than competitors(smaller sandwich for $ 5) but no complaints here. Enjoy the ONLY Which Wich in NC if you’re on Lake Boone Trail near Rex Hospital…
