This is a treat I don’t indulge in very often, but after a long work week a small dish of hand made and crafted ice cream is a little bit of heaven for under 5 bucks. The service here is always very friendly, and the quality of their ice cream is excellent.

We go in about every two months and we are charged something different EVERY time. It’s not that its a huge deal, but we get the exact same thing and we are ALWAYS charged a different amount.(???) We use a BOGO coupon and sometimes we are charged tax on the second ice cream, sometimes not. Sometimes we are charged a Signature creation price, sometimes not. Sometimes we are charged a Love it price w/2 add-ins, sometimes not. You get the idea… Today, the owner served us and the same thing happened. I paid the higher price and was planning to speak with him about it but another family came in and he was busy. I called him once we returned home to let him know and he didn’t seem at all interested in my feedback, which was the most disappointing thing of all. I was only charged 63 cents extra this time, but the prices are already so expensive that shouldn’t happen. Besides, I would much rather leave a tip than be over-charged for items…

My husband and our 3 year old have always been a fan of Coldstone! Were all from PA and to find one out here in the little town of Ramona after moving here this year made us incredibly happy! My ONLY complaint… $ 6 for the smallest smoothie size? Ugh come on :/other than that, totally worth it if you have an extra dollar on a hot day!

Awesome, awesome, awesome. Great choice of flavors and mix-ins. The employees are always friendly, And the owner is always delightful. If you can’t decide, there are suggestions on the wall. My personal favorite is cheesecake ice cream with cherry pie filling and graham cracker crust mixed in. Oh so good! Please support our local businesses!

Great Service… The Ice Cream is delicious, and the Brownie’s are always so fresh! I love when I leave a tip and they sing, not all the Cold Stones do that. My daughter is always asking to go:)

the ice cream is good… the fillings are good, fresh baked waffle cup is good. then why the 3 stars? reason #1 — aweful store layout. one entrance which is the only exit. the line is long, and the layout made it horrible. there was a family or small nation in front of us, so the store was so full, i think by the time the last little sister was done, mama’s ice cream was a shake already. reason #2 — slightly over priced. reason #3 — when you check in with Unilocal,a buy 1 and get half off offer is presented. but they didn’t honor it, because neither one of the two ice cream artists there on a saturday night has ever seen it. they offered to call the manager, but with about 8 people behind me in the single entrance/exit waiting, I decided it wasn’t worth my or their time… bottom line? pay a little more for the ultimate ice cream experience, just don’t try to use e Unilocal offer…

I can get over how over-priced and mediocre the ice cream is at CC’s, but what I can’t understand is why they advertise/offer a «HOTFUDGEMONDAE» when they don’t have *HOT* fudge. I went there last night because I had a hankering for a *Hot* Fudge Sundae(or Mondae or Tuesday or whatever-dae) and was politely told that they didn’t have *hot* fudge. I don’t know if this was an isolated incident but someone else told me that the last time they’d gone to CC they got an ambient temperature Sundae. This is like McDonald’s only carrying pickle relish and thousand island packets not Special sauce, or KFC only carrying grilled chicken(which I guess could happen!). If you’re going to state that you serve HOTFUDGEMONDAES then make them; heat the fudge in a crock or put it in a mug and microwave it. Otherwise, call them Fudge Mondaes. This will prevent other perspective temperature-confused dessert lovers from being disappointed when they reach the counter.
