Sav-On Drug

I have a severe autoimmune disorder so I spend a lot of time in the hospital and at the pharmacy. I usually go to Rite Aid, but the were out of my pain medication and seeing how I just got out of the hospital I really needed it. They called around and found it at at Savon. I was told it was being held for me. I got here and instead of being greeted, I was treated as though I was an inconvenience by a man named Julio. Not only was he rude and unhelpful he told me that if I chose to wait for my prescription it would be at least 2 and ½ hours. seeing as how there was no one else waiting, I explained that I had just been released from the hospital and kindly asked if there was any way they could expedite it. I was told that just because I was the only one physically waiting, I wasn’t somehow more special than the people who weren’t there and I would just have to wait. Wow. I have never been treated like that at any pharmacy anywhere. This was my first and last trip to this pharmacy. a little compassion or respect would have gone a log way. Next time I wait the extra day for Rite Aid to order my medication no matter how badly I need it. At least I will be treated with kindness that way.

The staff is friendly… BUT…
They will match prices at Costco and WalMart. I brought my receipt from Costco from a week before. The ape at the desk (after he got done beating the desk with a stick) offered to reduce the bill from $ 120 to $ 65, even though Costco was $ 32! I explained that I had my receipt, he told me that my receipt was wrong and they would only match the bill to $ 65. He then stole a banana from my purse and went off to conemplate fire… how I miss Ramona Pharmacy. The people there are nice though… but bring bananas!
