I saw a deal for this place on Groupon a while ago and decided to go for it. But that’s about as excited as I got about this place. My experience happened some months ago, but I decided to let Unilocal know how it went. After searching the internet I couldn’t even find a schedule for this place so all I really knew the offered was burlesque and pole dancing. So, I tried to call. And call. And call. And call some more. I tried at different times and different days, but no one answered the phone. Finally, I left a message. Luckily, someone called me back the next day. But, when they asked what I might be interested in, I said that I didn’t even really know what they offered or at what times that would work best for me. The girl on the phone rattled off a list and I picked Yoga off of it. Then, she told me a couple of times for the following day and I said Ok. I ended up getting too busy and couldn’t go to that class. I tried calling some more and — surprise — no one answered. Now, a month or so after trying to get into this place I was so frustrated that I stopped by the studio. Repeatedly. And it was closed! I tried to go during different times and different days and still couldn’t catch anyone there. I didn’t see a schedule in the window or anything saying when the place would be open. One day, the door was unlocked and I went in. There was a class going on with some moms sitting on a bench by the door ignored me as I stepped up to the desk. I stood by the desk for a minute, but no one came by. Thinking that the instructor of the class was the only employee in there, I moved closer to the area where the class was and waited. No one said a word to me. I waited for 5 minutes, because I stopped by while my husband ran to a shop next door and still no one said anything to me. Fuming mad, I left and never went back. While I’m sure that this is a nice place, I just wanted to share my experience with Glisten Studios. Hopefully, other people will have better luck than I did.

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Ramona, CA
This is an amazing place. I know it’s in Ramona and anyone not in Ramona thinks Ramona us far away, but it is not. Just a short drive from Poway or Santee! You just have to come once and you’ll be hooked! Anyway, it’s not just a pole fitness studio, although I love pole fitness. The studio also has zumba, yoga, aerial silks, jazz dance, stretch for flex, strength training. The studio is always adding new classes. It opened its doors in January of 2015. I’ve been there from the start. Since then, I’ve lost 30 pounds and gained strength, flexibility, confidence and a host of new friends. One of the best things about the studio is the camaraderie that exists between the members. Every woman of every age, body type and skill level is welcome. Don’t think you’re too old or too fat to try, because you’re not. Pole fitness is not stripper school. You can wear heels, or not. You choose the level of sensuality you want to add to any routine you may learn. Most of us are not into trying to look sexy. We don’t do pole fitness for others. We do it for ourselves. There are fitness and aerial silk classes available for kids as well. The cost is WAY less than the other pole fitness studios in town. You can get a very low unlimited monthly pass for a third of what you’d pay elsewhere.
