Wow… The McD convo below Was months ago. But recently I went thru to give them a second chance. 6÷23÷16 bout 9pm-ish. FILTHY! First drive in(back of store) window has boxes, debris, buckets right near the rack for of buns! Second window is the front of the store. Debris on floor. Employee walking through the mess and trying to step over! See attached photos… GROSS! And I was shocked at how many roaches are hanging out by the speaker area where you place your order. Please also note the fan going in the area where they store their bread(upper left corner) just blowing around dirt and dust and not properly cooling a food storage area. I see someone posted photos from 2013 where they literally have the fry basket on the floor. How do these people pass inspection? Payoff maybe? Me: I’d like an egg McMuffin w/cheese… Hold the meat McD: hold the egg? Me: No hold the meat McD: oh so just egg? Me: No. Id like an egg McMuffin. I want cheese. I do not want any meat… No ham, no bacon, no sausage. Just egg and cheese McD: okay I got it that time ((Screen shows egg McMuffin no cheese)) Me: excuse me you selected no cheese McD: ohhhh okay Get to window and there’s an egg McMuffin with Canadian bacon!

Dog the Bounty Hunter said, «Why do we always have to catch them at McDonald’s?» This is no different. This one is no different, it affords you an excellent view of America’s finest mediocry as stated by the renouned world traveler and author James Maslin himself. Out back you find«skater» kids doing their tricks, letting their skateboards slam into cars, under aged kids smoking all sorts of things, while the older kids learn how to get their younger counter parts in trouble. The food is questionable at best but rest assured, the great American substandard traveling through town, the homeless, the druggies, the criminals, and etc… all seem to stop here. You are now invited to dine with them.

Home of the $ 7 Happy meal. Drove thru ordered a Cheeseburger Happy meal the total was $ 7.01. This consisted of a single cheeseburger, small fries, apple slices and a chocolate milk. I felt pretty ripped off. I noticed on the way out that Wendy’s across the street was having a sale $ 1.99 kids meal that made me feel a little stupid. Later I was looking at receipts from Disneyland last week. Turns out I had ordered a kids meal there last week it had been a single cheeseburger, fries, apple slices and chocolate milk … total $ 7.00 same meal was cheaper at Disneyland than it was at Ramona McDonalds. That made me feel very angry. Looking at the other reviews I have had some of the other problems people here have mentioned. I really love to eat at McDonald’s I have since I was young I have always considered it a treat. I hope this location can pull it together.

Please, Please, do something to turn this McDonalds AROUND! Twice we have been to this restaurant, once waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru with only one car behind us and then just last night after ordering a meal, found out they had no carbonation for the drinks — what is going on with this place!!! They need to close down and get a Burger King instead or an In and Out Burger — that’s all I can say!!!

Nothing new, as local this McDonald’s has sucked for ever(10 plus years). I made the mistake tonight thinking the owner, who I’ve spoken too previously due to the poor service/quality might actually hire decent employees. Rather he hires cup juggling drive through workers with poor attitudes. Add to that the fact they tend to always be out of something you ordered, bun, pie, sauce, etc. I just ask for a full refund anymore and decline the food.

Received a moldy burger… got pics. I have complained before and Corp, DM and GM all said they were going to take the place apart and fix it… Good Job! NOT!!!

I went in today for a quick bite. First thing that you notice is all the flies. I counted 15 around the cash register and counter. This was the dirtiest McDonald’s that I have ever been in. Will not be going back.

Wish they had an option to put zero stars. I Always went through the drive thru but decided to get off with the kids this time. I will no longer go to this McDonald’s no matter how hungry I am. I asked for an Apple pie and that was cold. The ice machine was out of ice and took them 15 min to get out there with some ice when the place wasn’t even busy. They also had a big spill in front of the soda machine that seemed to have dried off. It was all sticky. They had a sign over it then took it off while it was still sticky. The whole time I was waiting for my order and then sat down and ate, no one cleaned it up. I just wanted the kids to hurry up and finish their meals so I can go. I wish I would’ve taken pictures or captured it in video so I can report this to someone above a manager. Because based on the previous comments, no one gives a crap there

McDonalds always seems to get a bad rap. However, I adore the iced tea! Always delicious. Only a buck! The people who work there are always friendly to me. Because of allergies and other restrictions, if we order food, it’s usually special order and it’s always as requested. The only downside is the drive thru usually takes a long time, so prepare accordingly.

If only there was a zero stars option… went in this evening and ordered a McFlurry. The worker fills the cup with ice cream, adds the M&M’s and then gives me the cup. When I asked why it was not mixed with the machine, she said it is broken. When I asked why I was not told it broken before giving her my money, she responded, «I don’t know?»… I then requested the manager and it turns out she IS the manager. Seriously WTF is wrong with this place. It should be torn down and made into a In-n-Out or Chick-fil-A.

I have never received worse customer service! All the employees are rude and could care less about anything. The inside is filthy and nothing is ever stocked. The drive thru always takes forever and it’s always wrong. I thought it was customary to get napkins with an order, apparently not here! This place needs some serious attention and overhaul.

It was a beautiful morning and decided to take the kids outside to eat. They lock the doors so once you are outside in their outside area, you are stuck. Also, I have never received any sauce for any nuggets even though they ask and put it on the receipt. Worst McDonald’s ever.

Slow !!! Absolutely the worst McDonald’s in the world. Every time I have gone through it has tested my patience. I think today it has finally sunk into that it is a waste of time to stop here.

Absolutely the worst. The guy who took my order is an absolute idiot. He gave my food to someone else and gave me something different. As I pointed it out, he told me that someone else must of took my food. Wrong dumbass… You game my food to someone else. At least the guy gave me free hasbrowns. Oh wait. They were burnt… Yep never going to this location again. I’ll go to the Poway location instead.

So so so soooooo bad. I have always went through the drive thru, but this last time i went in. Messy and nothing worked. And can anyone tell me where the rating is for this restaurant, I must have missed it somewhere but it shouldnt be an A thats for sure. I am new to Ramona and so far I have heard horror stories about the fast food here i am sad that McDonald’s can not provide me with sanitary food that is bad for me. Such a let down when so far good restaurants are had to find up here.

This dump of a McDonald’s is definitely one of the crappiest chain I have ever seen. The heat in Ramona has me looking for a cold treat but for the second time I’ve visited as mentioned by John, their stupid ice cream machine is broken. I wonder if its because they’re so cheap they can’t even have AC in there like Travis said. Anyways, their manager must be a big time novice at customer relations, item accountability, and staff oversight because its been almost two months now since they can’t have consistent McFlurry’s since their stupid machine is always broken. Hmm. Its hot, its Ramona, people are swarming the high school pool, chilling out at the Yogurt Barn, gee don’t you think if you guys actually give a **** your McFlurry sales would be increasing by several folds? But whatever you guys can drag your feet and gaff off potential sales and customer service with your half ass attitude. Owner seriously needs to consider an overhaul staff cut.

Ok first to start I gave up on this Mcdonalds a long time ago. Their speed of service, food, ambient has gone down a long time ago. Today I went through the drive thru and once I reach the window they have me park on the side because it’s going to take like ten minutes for my order which was one deluxe burger meal and two mcdoubles! Really ten minutes? Once they decide to bring my food I get home all three burgers are cold so I don’t understand why it took that long if they were going to hand me cold food. They also did not have soda because their tank for the soda was not working! The worst part was when I reached for my fries. Cold just like the burgers and it had no salt. The fries tasted like they have been sitting there for a while and to add a cherry on top they did not have salt. This place has a reputation in town and it just disappoints all the time. I only went here because it’s the closest to where I live

The owners of this place must be penny pinchers. For at least 2 – 3 months now the air conditioner has either been off or set to like 85 °F. Every time I walk in the heat hits me and I walk back out.

OMG This place ought to be shut down. Like for reals… I’m sure OSHA will step in if McD corporate doesn’t… I usually go through the drive-thru for breakfast and the morning staff is fine. Tonight, however, I went into the restaurant, because I didn’t want to wait behind two cars in the drive-thru. I”m glad I did, coz I got an education, even though it ruined my dinner. I stepped over a soda spill in the doorway as I entered, then around the sign that neatly memorialized the mess. It was a yellow«piso mojado»(wet floor) sign… you know the kind with the little don’t-walk pedestrian skidding across it? I looked up, half-expecting to run into an employee with a mop, but no… just a dad and his toddler waiting for their food. As I approached the registers, they got their food and walked past me to leave. I went up to place my order with the only cashier, who also happened to be the manager. I was interrupted by a noise from the doorway… both the manager and I looked over and saw the previously-mentioned toddler, sitting on the floor, in the midst of the previously-mentioned spill, rubbing the back of his head and crying. Now I know what you’re thinking… «Gosh I wish I could teach my toddler how to fake a slip-and-fall accident at McDonalds so I could win a million dollars without having to play that stupid Monopoly game!» But no, the fall was real. I quelled the mommy-urge to run over and scoop up the child… since his Dad was right there, and besides it wasn’t MY business… So I looked at the manager, who was in front of me, remember? Taking my order? He finished surveying the situation in a single glance, and returned to taking my order without missing a beat. He did nothing about the fallen toddler. I repeat: HEDIDNOTHING. Nor did any of the other employees.(!!) Is this one of those new recommended practices passed down by McD corporate? Plead ignorance! What accident? If we didn’t respond, it didn’t happen?! Dad dealt with the crying toddler, and then, seeing NO response from staff, he came back to the doorway and said«someone ought to clean this up.» Maybe he was expecting an apology… or a free ice cream for the head-injured child… who knows? But seeing still no response, the dad pulled out his phone and took a pic of the spill before leaving. When I left 15 minutes later(which is how long it took the staff of five adults to produce 2 burgers) the spill was Still untouched, despite complaints and requests by other incoming customers. Not enough to shut them down, you say? Ok, how about the fact that none of the employees wear gloves while handling food… and I watched the manager walk from the cash register after giving me change, directly into the food prep area where he began assembling a hamburger. Are We Done Now?!
