Not sure how this place is open, the lettuce is brown, produce and meat are old. Probably one of the worst places I have eaten in my entire life.

Good food, but I recommend you go inside to order. I’ve had my order messed up going through the drive-thru a few times. I’ve paid for a sandwich with double meat, only to find out that I didn’t get double meat in my sandwich once I got home.

Okay. Won’t be going here ever again. Or the other one in town, because they are owned by the same family(in case you didn’t know). Not only is the wait-time painfully long, no matter what time you are there, or whether you go through the drive-thru or inside, but it’s almost like you are giving your order to a stapler. I understand that most of the employees are younger kids, which I can respect, but are we training the staff? Do we teach them customer service? I’ve gone through the drive-thru before, with the owner being on the other end of the window, and gotten better service from one of his poorly-trained staff. He is just rude! Not personable, polite or professional. So today I race over on my 30 minute lunch break, knowing I’m going to be cutting it close because they apparently have to go to the grocery store to get all their fixins’ every time someone orders a sandwich. I order my usual blah blah turkey blah blah. On flatbread. Normally they ask if you want it toasted. Which is always yes. Because flatbread is always toasted. The under qualified employee on the other end didn’t ask if I wanted it toasted. I didn’t remember to request it be toasted. I suppose I’ll take half the blame on that? So she asks if I want guacamole. Sure.(They do teach them to upsell, so that’s working out!) So after my typical 15 minute wait in the drive-thru,(mind you, it’s 1:30 and there was no one in front of me and no one behind me… maybe one or two cars in the parking lot) she hands me my sandwich with a grunt and slams the window. I do a two-wheel drift out of the parking lot because if I’m going to enjoy this guacamole filled creation I’m going to have to break all traffic laws to get back to work on time. I open up the wrapper like it’s Willy Wonka’s candy bar with a golden ticket inside. NO. GUACAMOLE. Hahahaha. Kid you not. Check my receipt. «Guacamole… .75» Guess who’s late back to work? I go back to Subway. Park. Get out of my car. Walk inside. Owner is standing behind the counter near another employee, sees me walk in, pissed, with sandwich in hand, and DOESNOTHING but continue his conversation with female employee. Aw hell no. So I wait behind another poor schmuck who undoubtedly just got duped with a fouled-up over-priced sandwich, and the girl who waited on me in the drive thru looks up and says, with other customer still standing there, «Did you need something?» «YEAH. IT’S WRONG.» Other customer leaves, frightened. I try to calmly explain my issue, but now that I’m late for work and hungry, I’m sure she could sense my attitude. I show my receipt and my incorrect order and she takes it over to fix it. No apology. Another employee comes from the back and offers me a free cookie for my inconvenience and tries to tell me they got new computers or something. No, dude, I don’t want a free cookie. I ordered one of your lousy sandwiches because I’ve clearly eaten too many cookies in my day. So as worker girl is trying to fix my bunk sandwich, because she didn’t toast it, the flatbread cracks on the fold. Hahahaha. I give up. I probably could have caused a huge scene. Thrown the thing across the restaurant, really Lindsay Lohan’d it up, but I like my job and didn’t feel like calling someone to post my bail over a sandwich. So I sulk off, busted sandwich in hand, shove it down the hatch and call it a day. But I’ve written this awesome Unilocal review and all of a sudden feel better!!!

Ramona subway has horrible customer service the people there are rude and if you ask for two extra pieces of meat they under the table charge you double meat and they charge you extra for your sandwich.

To take the survey one needs the store number which is not printed on my receipt. Memo: Sim6Men 2 sandwiches made, both 6“Chicken Teriyaki, one fully loaded with vegies, one 4 items which came with only 2 out of 4. Neither having sauces which were asked for! Very disappointing run through drive through. At home, now I’m mad! Really you couldn’t put lettuce, spinach, tomatoes & cucumbers on? You couldn’t put the Sweet Onion sauce and Mayo on? You took your time in making the sandwiches which is ok with me, if they had been right. There was no one in store and I was the only one in drive through — not a rush hour! What gives? I will be sure to add to the internet my experience from today. Wish I had read the reviews 1st! Not good, Subway! Someone from upper management needs to do a surprise visit through the drive through to check on all the bad reviews it’s getting. As of now, Subway is off my list to visit in Ramona!

This subway is the worst I have ever been to. Avoid the drive thru at all cost. We have had several issues with them forgetting something and today they forgot to put the steak on our steak and egg sandwich. We double checked the receipt and we were charged for the steak and egg. We will now be going to the one across subway every time we are in the mood for it.

This place is 24 hrs and it has a drive thru great right? This drive thru is so slow. I swear there growing the lettuce and waiting to pluck it or plucking the chicken for my chicken strips. Id rather go to the one on the other side of town. Theres no one there customer wise. If you see this subway while youre in ramona, keep driving to the other one.

The food is good when you go inside and eat or get it to go… while it is nice that they have a drive thru it seems like they ALWAYS screw up your order. .my recommendation would be to go inside if you are going to eat here other than that it is nice that they are open til midnight

Zero stars if possible. I’ve been to this Subway multiple times and they have messed up my sandwich every single time. Really its easy! I don’t ask for anything special… chicken with everything but jalapenos. Nothing hard!!! Last night me, my husband and two very young kids go through the drive-thru and they messed up our order. Got 3 sandwich’s when we only ordered 2 and they were wrong(someone else’s order). Waited in the drive-thru for 30 min’s for nothing. Had to go inside to give back sandwiches and got my money back(which they didn’t even know how to refund… waited on that too). Poorly ran by teenagers and rude! Other times I’ve gotten stale bread and bad veggies. The worst Subway EVER!!! Save your time, aggravation and money… go somewhere else.

DON’T use the drive-thru! They never put enough veggies on the sandwich, because they know you can’t see them making it. I literally got two slices of tomato and a couple shredded pieces of lettuce and a couple pieces of spinach and couple slices of black olives(ALL footlongs) all 3 times I used the drive thru. Sucked to get back to work or home and open up the sandwiches to see them made like that.. . They make the sandwiches great though if you go inside the store.

I have now gone through the drive thru enough to say, safely, they have Never gotten a sandwich wrong… we’re talking at least five trips through the drive thru(two sanwiches per trip… so a total of 10 sandwiches) in the past three years. This Subway still Rocks, although sometimes the staff forgets to yell«welcome to Subway!» when you walk thru the door into the restaurant…

My daughter and I love it here were huge fans of subway. The inside is so cute and it has a drive thru!!! Being from the east coast I’ve never seen a subway with a drive thru. It was like heaven on earth when I seen that after I moved here

I’ve known this Subway for around 2 years. The place is clean, bright and cheerful. The food is great, fresh, made the way I want it. Definitely a great place to eat.

I have been going to this subway since it moved into the corner location. For a while it was awesome, the employees where quick, intelligent, and friendly. I am sorry to say the situation has definitely changed. The other night I went there, and an employee took my order through the drive-thru. She sounded as if she were half asleep, and when I got to the window had me repeat my entire order, meaning the whole time I was in the drive thru line my sandwiches were not being made. 3 out of the last 4 times I have been there they have failed to get my order right. Used to be a regular, now im going to have to try out the one opening down the street and hope its not as terrible.

Not the best subway. Drive thru is slow and I think most of the employees are stoned. One time, the boy at the window dropped my money and then proceeded to say he needed $ 5 more, as my 5 was blowing away.

This is somewhere between 1 and 2 stars but Unilocal doesn’t give half stars. Out of all the Subways I’ve ever been to, this one has always had the worst service. So many of the employees seem zoned out or skip things like asking if I want my sandwich toasted or not. My main reason for reviewing it though is my annoyance at their lack of competence regarding mobile pay options. All Subways take Softcard. I’ve tried to explain to them what it is and even pointed it out when the logo came up on their Verifone systems, but I’ve been told that they don’t know what that is/don’t take Softcard specifically/that it’s Ramona and I shouldn’t expect them to be able to do that/don’t know what to do after the button registers on the system. Would it be so much to get training on that or something? It’s no more complicated than drawing payment from a credit card. EDIT: Also, contacting a customer via their Facebook to give your rebuttal to their review is SUPER unprofessional, just an FYI.
