I’ve gone to him only because it was convenient for me, but i’ve always thought this guy is rude. I took in my son’s item in. Our cat peed on his cloths. They were not cleaned to my satisfaction, and his reaction to my dissatisfaction after he charge me for cleaning them was to yell at me, his customer, I had to demand him to redo them he was a complete jerk, and they still smelled, no apologies or refund, so I took it to Ramona cleaners, and they did it beautifully, I will never go back to Nancy cleaners!

Took my clothes to this cleaner. He asked, «What is that?», pointing at some cat fur. I told him it was cat fur and he made a face and said he wouldn’t take it. So, I took it down the street to Ramona cleaners and they took it, no problem. I will be going there from now on for my dry cleaning needs.

I am new to Ramona and dropped off my clothes to find that I was asked to sign a waiver stating that this cleaners is not liable in the event my linen pillow cases are damaged through the dry cleaning process. This is crazy. I have used numerous dry cleaners in the San Diego area in the past ten years of residency and have never encountered this. I will be picking up my items tomorrow and hope that everything is intact. The guy who took my clothes did not have the knowledge to advise of the cleaners past history with cleaning items such as mine nor did he provide high quality customer service as you would expect from a small town cleaners.
