So far so good. My unit wasn’t completely ready when I got there as there was an oil stain on the floor. It got covered up and everything seems fine.

I just moved in about a month ago, so my interactions with this place are limited to my move in day. However, the guy that helped me was very helpful. I can’t recall his name now (I knew I should have written this review earlier), but he was awesome! I’ve had storages on several occasions, and he’s been by far the most helpful person I’ve ever interacted with in a storage office. He was quite busy and was the only one there when I came, but even so, I never felt rushed or pressured. The storage itself is comparable to the Public Storage down the street in price, but I like that they at least offer a truck to assist with moving in and out, whereas PS doesn’t. I also like that their gate hours are an hour later than PS. I can still pay my rent online too, and they even give you the last couple days as a free move-​out grace period if you give them enough notice, which is awesome! Overall, I would definitely recommend this place so far!

The place is pretty clean, but they do charge a lot of administrative costs, i.e., to «rent» the free truck. They raised my rates 3 months after I signed up. Bogus.
