This place actually gets less than 1 star. They are never open even during business hours. When I try to pay using the kiosk it is broken –always. As soon as I call the office I get told that they will be right up to the office but instead I get drug addicts walking up to me asking if they can help me. Telling me that the management is at the bank. The fact that the management also allows homeless people to live at the facility which is a code violation in itself. The facility was better when owned by Sentry Storage.
