Jack in the Box

This place sucks, to put it nicely. I have tried eating here once and it won’t happen again. My girlfriend and I were on our way to Folsom lake with our 3 kids and decided to stop here on the way up for some breakfast, what a mistake. First of all it took over 20 minutes (and they were not busy), out of our 5 orders, 4 of the orders were wrong! Took the food back in and two of the women tried to argue with us, claiming the orders were correct. Really!!! WTF is that!!! On top of that, the breakfast sandwich they put out looked horrible! Needless to say, I told them they could keep my food and to refund my money, the others had them correct their food, but nobody cared for the quality of the food. Miserable experience!

Stopped to get a Buttery Jack with bacon, cheese etc. it looked like a .99 cent burger. Really disappointed. I would give no stars if I could.

Another shit hole that fucks up everything. God someone fire all these idiots. Wrong food almost every time

The quality of food and service needs a lot of attention.
This is the only place that does not give an original receipt, probably because they don’t want people giving them bad reviews.
*I ordered a Grande Sausage Burrito, @ 11am (Drive Thru), my order came in a Kids Meal bag, Paper Towels (seemed to be from the restroom, and ripped in half), wrapper was for a Jalapeño Burrito, NO Receipt, and the lady had a bad attitude at window (unpleasant service).
I asked for a receipt because for the last 4 visits, no receipt, if I ask for it, I get a REPRINT. WTF?

Omg I forgot to write a review. Now I know fast food isn’t exactly all that to begin with Buuuut this place takes the cake. We go to the drive through, wait for forever. Finally get to the box, a voice comes booming over the mic asking for the order. I proceed to order 2 shakes, 1 plain ass burger and my friend leaned over and yelled her burger order which was just not putting the regular sauce and adding siracha. That’s it 4 simple items. So tell me why did this girl come back on the box and only got our shake orders? Are you kidding me? The shake order was exactly the same we didn’t wanna confuse them too much. After having repeated my plain old burger with nothing special, she tells me to hang on. Uh ok. 5 minutes later comes back on and still confused. So we had to explain my friends order 3 times before she got it. Hallelujah! Then there was silence. We looked at each other. I was like uh did she die? Wtf happened? So after sitting there looking like idiots for a few more minutes I decided to pull forward. Paid for our order then another employee asked if we wanted whipped cream? Hmm wouldn’t you ask that while I was ordering? I think I would have said no if I didn’t want it. The food was ok typical fast food but geez what an experience. Enter at your own risk and make sure you have lots of patience while trying to place an order here.

Worst fast food sandwich I’ve ever had the displeasure of paying for. I think they put the chix patty through the deep fryer about 3 or 4 times hrs ago, then let it sit out for hrs. Then they put this cold stale piece of chix jerky on some leftover stale bread from this morning, tossed on a cold glob of «cheese» and a few rock hard (and cold) onion rings and had the nerve to charge me six bucks for it. That’ll never happen again. This POS was so bad I emailed their corp office pics of this garbage. And im not just being a snob, I get its fast food and 11PM. But at least have the decency to serve me something I could actually bare to put in my mouth.
In my 40 plus years of eating, this is the worst fast food sandwich Ive ever laid my lips on.

Damn, ordered the number 11, Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal, the fries were cold, the chicken was tough, and it seems like been seating under the heat lamp for quite a while. Although my work is 10mins away, didn’t bother going back because of the lunch hour rush. /​sigh.

As weird as it sounds for a fast food joint, they seem to be doing a fantastic job!
The hispanic ladies that run this joint have their jobs executed SO well.
I generally do the drive-​thru, but sometimes I walk in, if I’m with family or something.
Never, ever had an order be wrong, never had an order be sloppy or inconsistent. They are always polite, courteous, always give me my perfect change. No complaints!
One weird thing: for a while it was just the team members working but then this creepy lady started working the drive-​thru (I think she was a manager), but she has this crazy artificial smile no matter what was going on — just a permanent grin that made me feel I was about to be kidnapped and murdered.. .

I went through the drive though to grab lunch before heading to work… I ordered 2 hashbrowns, which they have to make fresh since it was after the normal breakfast hours, and a 5 piece chicken nugget. They were decent, and the line went quick. However, nothing really set this place above or below of the rest of them…

No stars rude cashiers cheating drive thru time made us back up 3 times rushed us threw the order

The new sriratcha jalapeño burger was great, although I think it would be better with chicken instead of beef since it’s sriratcha sauce. :)

So I don’t eat fast food much but wanted to try the jalapeño ranch ultimate cheeseburger. It wasn’t good. Fries were good. Service was a little slow.

Are you kidding me?
In no country, at any price, can you find a better value for the low, low price of .99.
The Jack in the Box tacos, without question, represent American values.
1) they are representative of frontier/​agrarian independence, with a conglomerate of patriot foods like corn, soy, and lard.
2) lettuce
3) with one hand eating, you still have the option of shooting political opponents with a concealed weapon or DVRing
the Colbert Show, or Tosh?
4) Maybe not him.

Never again will I be a patron at this Jack in the Box location. I went at about 9:15, was told to hold on for a second. 5 minutes later, still no order taken, nor any more acknowledgment of my presence. Naturally I pulled forward, and still wasn’t acknowledged as I pulled toward the window. Woman turned her back in my direction. I don’t even understand why I have to give a star. Were it up to me, this place would be in the negative.

Drive thru takes foreverrrrr! Not sure what they are doing but it takes them a while to prepare the food…

Stopped in for a couple of free tacos. As, always, you can’t beat the price! Of course, even at full price, they are a bargain tasty snack. Service was a little slow today, but otherwise it was as usual. Clean and friendly.
The floor was, as always, clean.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I used to work graveyard, so I am up at weird hours on my days off. At 4 am I decided that I was hungry and I knew that this particular Jack In the Box was open 24 hours. It is clearly posted that they are open 24 hours all day, everyday. When I pulled up though there were two employees sitting outside smoking and yelling at us that they were closed. They told me to come back in a half hour, that their break was an hour long. Is it really necessary to take your break together? Guess the sign should say 23 hours or just whenever we feel like it.

The people taking your order here are much better than the other JIB I have been to. At the speaker the person is attentive and clear. My pet peeve is being interrupted with questions before I have the chance to completely place my order, or repeating what I already said in a series of follow up questions. This is not the case here. I place my order, they ask if it looks correct on the screen, I agree, and they promptly confirm my price.
I do spend a little more time at the window waiting for my food, but I do say it must take time to be able to provide such a large menu. I have never had anything cold. I really like the breakfast menu, (sausage croissant, as well as my favorite 2 tacos for $ 1.
I frequent and will continue to do so, when I have a craving for unhealthyness.

I love that Jack always has free stuff.
Loved their free deli trio sandwich. I would have never ordered it had it not been free. Now that I have tasted it I will most definetely order again.

I love jack, the prices are the key here, but this locale has an issue.
Workers and managers have kinda sidestepped customer service. I heard a fight in the kitchen during a low volume time of day, and on top of that I was at the window for 3 mins before being asked for my order (1 car was ahead of me). If your wondering, I was speaking into the speaker just in case the auto prompt wasn’t clicking.
The guy serving me at the window gave me half my order then I saw him walk around and out the door into the wal-​mart lot (I ASSUME for break lol) and the one manager was running the inside, drive, and front end food prep… She apologized for the wait, but man it was an ordeal for me to wait there in the sweltering heat wondering if I should go inside because I wasn’t sure if I would get my food at all.
I tried another time as well, cause I’m a nice guy, and I was set to park for my food (dollar tacos and 2 dollar burgers). That negates the term «fast food» people…
I love Jack, I would just avoid this location if possible because they don’t quite have it down to the industry standard. Sorry Jack… :(
