I just got back from this KFC with my cousin. The worker Ashley was extremely rude. As soon as my cousin and I walked in she gave us dirty looks. Another worker who was working the drive-​thru had to tell her to help us. When my cousin asked about their options for the sides, Ashley pointed to behind her head and said «We actually have the sides right there». Like wth how rude and she was mumbling her words while speaking to us. Everyone else was cool except for her.

Look I like the $ 5 fill ups and deals they run and the chicken pot pies but seriously every time I go through the drive thru in this place I always get 5 miles down the road and find out I took it in the tailpipe!
They always forget something. I always call them up ticked off and I never go back and get whatever items they forgot. This time the guy forgot my drink and I caught that at the window but when I got home there was no coleslaw, lol! I guess that’s just how they roll here.

Came here at night to order a famous bowl. Not happy with it there was no chicken in it. Not even one just mashpotatoe aND lots of corn. They should’ve at least say something like oh I’m sorrry we are out of chicken. Or something. All well… not comming here again

This location has a drive through, and the person at the window was super friendly! It was nice for a change. The receipt said his name was Caleb. He had manors, was polite, and friendly. Finally a person who doesn’t obviously hate their job! I ordered the chicken popcorn and they came out fast, hot, and fresh. I will be back when I need a quick bite after work between errands. This location is convenient and friendly! The only reason why I am not rating 5 stars is because I have not seen the inside yet and I do not want to assume that is is squeaky clean lol

Came with my family here for our family night meal and regretted it immensely.
The staff was extremely rude.
The messed our order up and refused to replace the item because we sat down and opened the side already.
HOW THE HELL ARE WE TO KNOW IT WAS THE WRONG SIDE WITHOUT OPENING IT.
Spending that much money for the staff to treat you that way is absurd. Plus they let groups of teenagers mingle without purchasing anything with foul mouths. Cursing left and right with babies and kids present with the staff not saying one thing.
I doNOT recommend eating at this KFC

So irritated with this place! Even going to contact the BBB! I came to get a hamburger after a long day from the A&W and pulling up at 930 the guy in the drive thru had told me that A&W part was closed! He then told me that they had already closed the grill and I could only get the KFC portion of the menu. (usually the crap that’s already made) the «manager» then proceeded to argue with me about the closing of the A&W. I ended up with cold chicken strips and left.

this is the worst Kfc in Rancho Cordova. Not only did the get my order wrong twice. The employees had enough never to talk about me when I complained about it. the employees should have enough sense to wait until a customer leaves before they talk about them. They will never get one penny of my hard earned money.

Every time I’ve been to this KFC location, all I think about their employees is,
«What a bunch of clowns!»
I literally have to yell my order 81 308 013 813 times in the drive-​thru because their speaker system is ancient and they can NEVER hear me.
Also, most of the employees look grungy, which makes me question the cleanliness of the food they’re preparing.
2 stars because I’ve never had a bad experience with their actual food.

This location is great, the staff is really friendly and fast. The food is always hot. I have been here many times and they remember you by name. You see a lot of regulars come in all the time and are treated like family.

Wow!!! We were in the drive threw around 9pm. They must have been closing. While watching them prep our food, we watched our food be misted by the mop soap and water that they were spraying everywhere.
I understand that people want to go home, but you should not be using a power washer to wash floors and counters while food is being made for people. This could get someone really sick. Nothing like dirty mop water on your food to send you to the emergency room. I will be contacting the health department on this one.

The service here is always good, but the food has gone down the drain.
Chicken is never crispy when you get it. Hot wings have shrunk by at least half and the prices are probably the same as they were if not higher.

It’s hard to really write a review for a fast food chain restaurant because you really get what you pay for. This particular location is okay. The workers are usually very friendly and they are pretty fast and efficient. (Unless you order Hot Wings because that are apparently pretty popular and if you order more than 10, chances are you have to wait for them to make more.) They do offer «grilled chicken» for the health conscious, and of course the original and crispy. The crispy version now has a little spice in it, so be careful of that extra kick.
The prices are usually fair and the food is mediocre. The crispy chicken really isn’t’ that crispy, and the hot wings somehow have shrunk in size but gone up in price.
I only went here because I was extremely starving and lazy to cook, it definitely isn’t my first choice of places to go to.

I ordered two chicken littles the guy up sold me to four for five dollars I don’t understand why their food was precooked so far in advance with no customers bread and chicken very old not hot real bad. Management needed they have a young girl manager their no time for me what a waist

OMGoodness, this place is horrible! My wife and I grabbed what we thought to be a cornerstone chicken sandwich in the Doublishous and ended up with cardboard like bun and water deprived chicken.
I will not return to this KFC… EVER!
Kudos to the Folsom KFC for keeping me faithful to the brand.

Parts is parts… isn’t that how the old commercial went? Well, KFC is KFC. I like to take KFC Original Recipe chicken and put peanut butter on it… just slather it with it. Hey I have an idea… just make a new sammich… just KFC chicken and peanut butter on the bread. I’d buy it. Otherwise, KFC is still just KFC.
They have good service here. And it’s nice to be able to order a root beer float and have it with chicken, if one is so inclined.
KFC…contact me about that sammich if you’re listening.

These clowns skimped me on the ten piece chicken deal. I only got dark meat when I specifically said «Make sure there is breasts in there!!» I’m so angry especially after a hard day at work and some idiots always begging for change around the area and the cracked out drivers. Sorry this takes me back to the near accident I almost got into because of some idiot was driving while eating an eggroll while driving. Clean up you guys.

This might be way too much information, but I had diarrhea 30 minutes after I ate greasy-​ass, supposedly xtra crispy chicken thighs, hard biscuits, watery cole slaw, and mashed potatoes and gravy (the only decent part of this meal).

Love KFC and AW Rootbeer Floats. Since it was Sacramento and hot, needed a drink but being lactose intolerant, have to stay away from the diary /​ice cream float so just had the Rootbeer. Did you know they offer the Mega size? 32 oz of rootbeer for $ 2, a half gallon oh drink… omg! Ordered it and had to reorder a smaller size, would’n’t fit in my cup holder. The order person was very understanding and resized it with a chuckle. I also love places with drive thrus!
