Gorgeous! Is the only word to describe the Delaware Bay laminate flooring that we purchased with the help of Jarret at the Rancho Cordova store. I did my homework. Easy installation; since the padding was already attached to this thick, tough, beautiful flooring. At first we thought we would just do the living room, but when we saw the flooring we decided to do the whole house! All with the exception of the bathrooms, which are not recommended for wood laminates. I am a tough customer and compared ALL the big box stores, online, and beyond. No one had the trendy new; soft, subtle looking driftwood look that you see in the magazines and shows. This is a home located in the dense forests of Magalia, CA so we wanted a light reflecting, but rich looking floor. Beware of dark woods that show every spec of dust and really light colors that show scratches and scuffs. This is the perfect tone of tan and gray. Warm, rich, textured wood tones. We are thrilled. This flooring was just right and HALF the PRICE of all the competitors! Since we live 2.5 hours away we bought plenty of extra boxes and even after an extended time Jarret promised to let us return the extra boxes with a small restocking fee. Thanks Jarret! We will update this review with 5 stars if they waive the restocking fee tomorrow when we make the returns. We will keep ya posted! Get this flooring before it runs out. You will not be sorry!

Warning! Do not buy their cheap quality products. I was foolish and did not research prior to buying their morning star bamboo flooring. They promoted as the hardest flooring on the market and won’t scratch easy. Long story short three months later most of the planks are warping, scratch marks all over and the glue lines of the bamboo is showing up and cracking. There goes $ 12k worth of product and labor. Filed a claim and they said that it was my contractors fault and not a manufacture defect. Customer service after you buy is non existence. There is Class action law suit going and there’s tons of horror stories out on the Internet. They blame the customers and will them the runaround hoping they go away.

I was very disappointed in the service at the store in Rancho Cordova. Nobody approached me to help. The two men working didn’t seem to care whether anybody bought anything or not! I had to pry any info from them. I found flooring, but didn’t know anything about warranties, getting an installer etc. when I finally signed up to purchase it Justin or David told me it would be 6 – 8 weeks.
Someone called and said the flooring was in 2 days later and that I needed to pick it up. They hadn’t given me an installers name. I was so upset that I cancelled the order.
Corporate needs to either train their sales people to be helpful and knowledgable or replace them with sales people that care about selling the product!

We were trying to match an existing floor and went to this store and thought we found a match. The people who helped us really do not know their products. We bought the wood and they actually told us if we wanted the warranty we needed to use Nedco flooring.
We later learned this is not true. You pay 20% more if you use Nedco and they go through HSS. We tried to fix the problem since the new floor did not match the old floor at all.
We ended up picking up the old floor and were forced to get the wood from Lumber Liquidators. We used the Floor Store for the installation and they were great.

Great customer service. Each time I go in to look at floor samples, more than 1 person approaches me to see if I need help, or if I have questions. Great service without the pressure to purchase before leaving the store.

Amazing and way more options then the HD. Solid, engineered, laminate, bamboo, vinyl, yes even cork. So many options i love it! and the staff! very helpful and answered all my questions. Definitely will be coming back.

for that «professional» installer. you sound as smart as someone that complains that a 2×4 wood isnt a real 2’x4’ board. just saying.
