Mountain Mike’s Pizza

I don’t get to go to Mountain Mike’s very often because it’s more expensive than most places but I LOVE IT. Mountain Mike’s is literally my favorite pizza ever. Everyone tastes the same that I’ve been to. Ive never experienced the customer service but the cheese to pepperoni ratio is outstanding. Will always eat here no matter what.

Place is really good! First time trying them and they blew me away. Very tasty pizza and everything seems a lot fresher. They were very polite so I’ll keep coming back for sure.

In my opinion this place doesn’t even deserve the one star I gave them. Last Friday my friend and I went into this Mountain Mike’s to pick up some pizzas for a gathering with some friends. I ordered 1 large pepperoni and 1 large chicken club. We ate about half of the chicken club and a few pieces from the pepperoni when my friend noticed that there was a cockroach on one of her slices of pizza. We were absolutely disgusted and we went back and demanded our money back. The owner walks up doesn’t say a single word, picks up the slice of pizza with the cockroach, looks at it for about 30 seconds, tosses it on the counter, and walks away. Wow what a great business man. No apology or anything. These people should not be in the food business if they are going to be poisoning their customers! I guess I should’ve known when I was walking in and noticed a dead cockroach by the front door. I will never come back to this disgusting sorry excuse for a restaurant! To anyone thinking of coming here I advise you to think twice if you care about your health! It is very obvious that they could care less about their customers!

I’m here now. This place is great ! Excellent service from the young lady behind the counter and she actually had a personality. Good environment and excellent pizza. She even gave me a discount on my order even though I didn’t ask for it.

A huge disappointment. Ordered the McKinley without pepperoni. Pizza arrived promptly with friendly delivery but no meat on pizza. Called and they sent a replacement and it should have had meat on it. Hardly any meat on pizza. Would never order again

This location is terrible. Mountain Mikes generally is pretty good, but this one is bad. Customer service is non existent, pizza was barely luke warm when delivered 2 hours later.

Enjoy their pizza but won’t deliver anything unless you order FULL PRICE. I had a coupon for a meal deal for $ 22.99 & they said we won’t deliver that deal because we lose too much money on it.
Seriously?
Ridiculous to even hear a pizza place say that. I have a newborn baby and I’m not driving out there in the freezing weather.

We were quoted 45 mins for a pizza to be delivered, after an hour and a half we called to see what the holdup was and were told that they were just around the corner and almost to our house. Another 15 mins later we called again (now it’s been 1hr 44min) and let them know they still have not delivered the pizza and asked what they were going to do to rectify the situation and we were once again assured that they were almost to our house, mind you we only live .08mi away. We asked for a discount and were informed that they gave us one when we ordered, which I am not sure what they were referring to as I did not ask for a discount nor did I have any coupons or take advantage of any specials. After arguing on the phone we were still assured that they were on their way. In the end or pizza arrived one hour and 55 minutes after we placed the order and were quoted 45 minutes for delivery. For those of you who have children, you know what it is like to have children who are waiting to be fed-​we would’ve ordered it from somebody else had we known it was going to take two hours! We will never order from this place again!!!

Great service and pizza! The bathrooms aren’t the cleanest though, otherwise love this pizza place

Yes, I have been there several times with my wife and 2 kids, there are other pizza places in the area too but
We keep returning because they are more consistent, the temperature is nicer and the pizza seems less greasy

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! After waiting patiently for 2 hours with a HUGE cash tip ready to go, because it IS NYE, I called to get an ETA and they said my order was canceled because my credit card was declined and my phone number was out of service. However, my card was charged immediately and I obviously called from the same number that is supposedly disconnected. Daniel said he tried to call me several times but I have zero missed calls. LIES! I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 5 minutes only to be told there was no manager there. Really? Then I asked how he was going to rectify the situation and I got silence and «I don’t know»… Idiots!!!
I would give zero stars for this incompetent establishment if I could. Absolutely ridiculous. I have 3 hungry kids and these idiots can’t even get a damn pizza delivered properly. They are going to have a HUGE problem on their hands if my money they already charged me does not reverse in my checking account.

Compared to the one on Bradshaw this one is great.
I placed an order online there, paid for it went to pick it up and everything I ordered was great.
However. Something went wrong with the computer and the payment didn’t go through so about three hours later I received a call from a lady who I’m guessing is a manager explaining the situation.
She was very kind about it, although worried, not wanting to get in trouble from the higher ups I told her I’d be there in a while to pay it off, she thanked me, I thanked her and everything was cool.
The people were nice. The food was nice. I’d pick this one over the bradshaw one any day.

I am not sorry but this is by far the worst place I have ever ordered from. I have ordered from them on multiple occasions. The have the worst customer service and worst delivery time. I will be reporting this restaurant tomorrow to be evaluated. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN! $ 50 will go to Pizza Hut! And for someone to not only talk back and make excuse that NO manager was on duty, she had the audacity to laugh while on the line.

So, I’ve ordered online delivery from this location before with no problem. Tonight, however, I experienced customer service that was not acceptable in my book. i put in an order online and went over an hour with no response. When i called, the customer service representative proceeded to tell me that they called me and left a voicemail multiple times to tell me they couldn’t complete my order as requested. I never received a single phone call or voice mail on my phone… And the worst part about my experience is that i never had a single opportunity to express that I never received a single call or voicemail in regards to my order, This seems peculiar only because of the fact that i called into the restaurant with only my phone number as reference and nothing else, and referring to my order by phone number but telling me i didn’t pick up my phone when they called? I thought at first I inputted my phone number incorrectly but by their reference of my phone number to my order I’m assuming they had my phone number correctly and tried to call me with an incorrect number. So to tell me that i didn’t pick up to or respond to phone calls without my personal explanation by the customer service representative in my book is unacceptable, especially as working as a customer service representative in the past.

I’ve been going to this mountain Mikes for over 10 years every time I get a large delucious pepperoni pizza. It is family owned and operated and they have always given very good service. When I’ve ordered pizza to go they delivered to us quickly.

Worst customer service ever I ordered breadsticks requested marinara extra marinara didn’t get it the pizza was half-​baked then when I called and told them that they did not put marinara for my breadsticks she said well can’t do anything about it now The drivers not going to drive back for marinara maybe next time wow what a way to do business

So bad… Had a guy doing his first phone order. I had to repeat my phone number 6 times. Then I had to repeat my credit card number 4 times (digit by digit). Then they put a second person that hardly spoke English on the phone that was supposed to know what he was doing. I still had to repeat myself 3 times (digit by digit) to the second person. Then they called me back to say my order was just under $ 25 and I needed to order more than $ 25 for delivery. I asked for them to make breadsticks out of a gluten free crust (having had this done at two other Mountain Mike’s pizza locations) and they said absolutely not. Canceled the order. Not dealing with them anymore! What horrible customer service!!!

Had a pizza delivered. I ordered the Pineapple Chicken Luau, they brought me something else entirely. While not bad, still not what I wanted. Kind of annoying to be waiting for a pizza and get the wrong thing.

Possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life …
The hubby and I were in the mood for some pizza for din tonight. He was content with getting Little Caesar’s but since he was fasting all day I told him to get something a little better. So, we agreed upon Mountain Mike’s — the place we drove by at least a million times but had never actually tried.
I decided to call ahead of time to see what time they were open until since my husband wouldn’t be breaking his fast until late evening. A guy with an accent answered and I asked him what time they closed today.
«Huh?» he said, as he didn’t understand me. I repeated my question, to which he answered,
«We are open, that’s why I answered the phone.» I’m guessing he thought I asked if they were open, hence his response, which I found a little rude and smart ass-​y. Just FYI, there are plenty of times you can call a place when they’re not open, yet, and someone still answers the phone.
Right then and there, I had a bad feeling about the place, as the service didn’t seem up to par but my husband told me to just shrug it off and that the guy probably didn’t mean anything by it.
At 7:40 I called, again, and ordered a large cheese and pineapple pizza. I had a coupon for $ 13.99 and wanted it delivered for $ 2 but the guy (same guy I talked to before) told me it would be $ 22. I asked him how he came up with that figure and he said,
«$ 2 more for second topping.»
«Second topping?» I asked, «What second topping? I ordered cheese and pineapple. That’s considered two toppings?»
The guy said, «Oh, so you don’t want EXTRA cheese?»
Um, did I SAY I wanted EXTRA cheese? Why would you just assume I want EXTRA cheese?
I told him no and he brought the charge down to around $ 17 and said it would be here within 45 minutes to an hour. The pizza came one hour later on the dot.
The pizza was thicker than other pizzas I’ve tried and was a lot of dough, which was not necessarily a bad thing. There was a generous amount of pineapple on top of each slice. Our first impression after we tried the pizza? Bleh. It was bland, nothing spectacular, and definitely not worth $ 17; I believe regular price without the coupon it would have been $ 20+, which is a total rip-​off, if not a sin. It was actually pretty disappointing and I felt bad for my husband, who had waited all day for a decent meal.
Next time we’ll stick to Little Caesar’s — inexpensive, good service, and good food. I mean, seriously, how can you mess up pizza?! Get it together, Mountain Mike’s. For pizza that costs an arm and a leg, I seriously expected much, more more!
